In their search for answers, the pair will uncover revelations more ancient than anyone could have imagined.
Call of the Sea’s object and observation-based puzzles return with new depth. Scour richly-rendered environments for clues. Swap between Harry and Evangeline to solve complex, multi-part problems across time and space. Choose your own difficulty level with toggle-able hints, icons, and journal entries
Harry and Evangeline’s journey takes them from the firelit libraries of a New England mansion to the red sands of the Australian outback, through frozen wastelands and otherworldly cities out of time, all stunningly rendered in Unreal Engine 5 and featuring a soundtrack by multi-award-winning returning composer Eduardo De La Iglesia.
Follow Harry Everhart and Evangeline Drayton as they search for the truth about their missing loved ones and come face-to-face with beings beyond their understanding. Inspired by H P Lovecraft's 'The Shadow out of Time', Call of the Elder Gods features a fully voice-acted story of grief, family, and sanity, starring returning talents Yuri Lowenthal (Spider-Man, Arcane, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth) and Cissy Jones (Firewatch, Starfield, Baldur’s Gate III).

Game's alright, again. But how come none of the devs or QA notice the Grand Annoyance that comes with reading every note in the game? And boy, there's lots of them. The mechanics is this: you focus on a certain note, start reading, and after a second - which took you to switch your brain to reading mode - the character starts commenting this thing out loud. So you have to get out of the reading mode, try to reconcentrate on the - always just emotional and unhelpful - voice replic. And then you again get back to reading. Whose idea is this? Someone who is either slow as hell and who naturally lag the whole second without switching to reading, or haven't ever played their own game on practice.
Unfortunately quite a big step down from the first game. Was expecting more of the supernatural but most of the game is "IRL", which is quite a big disappointment. Story also isn't as good. Overall, quite disappointing because the first game was so good.
Good stuff!!
love love love now i want to replay call of the sea
Call of the Sea.
Good sequel and fun to play, liked the story very much and hope for more to come.
Great sequel to Call of the Sea. Loved the puzzles, loved the story. I missed having a 'log' though compared to the first one, I liked filling it in and reading through it. But, I really enjoyed it overall and if they make another one I'll definitely play it.
Bom jogo, ótima continuação do Call of the Sea! O defeito do primeiro jogo permanece, a velocidade do personagem desmotiva a exploração. Nota: 8
⭐ CALL OF THE ELDER GODS | AVENTURA NARRATIVA DE PUZLES Y HORROR CÓSMICO Call of the Elder Gods es una aventura narrativa de puzles en primera persona desarrollada por Out of the Blue Games y publicada por Kwalee. #calloftheeldergods
