This is actually a great time waster. Too bad it's got a few bugs, such as ketchup/mustard stop dispensing out of nowhere, or sometimes the day never finishing (in career mode). It's simple but fun to play - the kind that is easy to learn, challenging to master. If you're there dev, keep at it. This was a good one.

In the short time I've played this game, I've really enjoyed it. Graphics are simple, but it worked well for this style of game. The gameplay is fast-paced, but relaxing. Career mode allows you to go day by day, slowing adding on new things and increasing profits. The endless mode starts you out with everything regardless of what you've completed in the career mode. PROS: -Simple -Easy to learn CONS: -No menu screen/settings -Order menu for products, half the buttons don't work -Items glitch a LOT Overall, despite the bugs, I've enjoyed this game. Was it worth the $4.99 price tag in its current state? No. This game is unfinished and would benefit much better if it was an early release title instead of being listed as a full game with the number of bugs in it. Given how a previous review back in 2020 stated the above issues, I don't have high hopes for this game getting the updates it needs to be the VR game it could be. This game has a lot of potential to be a fun, VR staple, but the Devs need to fix these bugs.
"BVRGER VAN" is a poorly made and abandoned (despite not being in Early Access it seems feature incomplete) burger van simulator from last decade. It was a dismal failure here on Steam for the various reasons we'll explore (beyond just being a weak competitor to far better products in the same genre). What do you do in the game? It's fairly limited order response cooking mini-activities with eye-harmingly bad visuals. The game is really simple and unambitious in terms of implementation, more of a tech demo or one of those cases where an amateur developer spends $100 to publish something on Steam Direct to see if it's possible. Yes, obviously it's possible. A proof of concept, tech demo, or something that's less than a little blip on the radar isn't offering anything truly valuable to gamers. In terms of visuals, this features fairly low quality low poly 3D graphics which will deter a lot of gamers, understandably. Gaming is a visual medium, and while some developers struggle with creating high quality visuals, failing to do so is a disservice to gamers. It's very difficult to recommend bad looking games. It's VR exclusive, and that shows the developer failed to understand the most basic axiom of VR game design... if the only cool thing about your product is VR support, your product is not cool. This game is fairly dated at 7 years old... and even back then it looked old and busted compared to contemporary, professionally made 3D games of the same period. It looked bad then, it looks worse now. Now on to pricing and value for gamers. There's no initial download price, but the developer was charging $1 USD for this. Price barriers, especially on low quality products, can be a direct cause of failure. It seems like a nice gesture for the game to have no up-front cost anymore, but it also tells us that the game wasn't good enough to succeed as a paid product. This is also a bit of a slap in the face to anyone who showed enough questionable judgement to pay money for this... nobody got refunded. In terms of public reception, this failed. There's over 130 million unique gamers visiting Steam every month. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 3 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Given that this free title won't increase your game collector count, is it worth your time to add it to your library? I think you should give this one a miss. Although it's free, your time and storage are valuable resources, and the market is filled with superior options.
