Nostalji amaçlı indirdim, oynayamayacak kadar küçükken görmüştüm ve tekrar karşıma çıkınca aldım. Sürekli aynı güzergahlarda ilerliyorsunuz, otobüs çeşitliliği meh. 50 metrede bir trafik ışıklarına takılıyorsunuz, yeşil yanma süresi nefes alıp vermenizle aynı hızla kırmızıya dönüyor, gel gör ki aynı şey kırmızıdan yeşile dönerken geçerli değil. İlk 2-2.5 saat sardı fakat sonrası çekilmezdi, arkada bir şeyler açarak anca bitti, bok gibi oyun.

Wollte eigentlich ´nen Stromkasten umfahren um Andre nachzumachen, hab´ aber leider keinen gefunden. Hab´s trotzdem geschafft ihn zu imitieren, bin vorm Haus gefahren.

Нужен мод-обновление с полным погружением, как в гта. Ну то есть обрывы всякие, мужики, говорящие рядом с бусом, что они будут дома вовремя!

[h1]My thoughs on Bus Driver[/h1] [h2]The feelings[/h2] It was one of fav bus game back then but [i]it didnt aged well...[/i] The shizo honking or not looking on mirros and turning from left lane on cross section by AI and [u]crashing[/u] to us (bus) can get on the nerves. Also the timetable is too [u]tight[/u] to comply with the effect is you will be always [u]late[/u]. The next problematic thing is the [u]traffic light system[/u] which is turning [i]too fast lights[/i] like the green light appears for [u]5-10 seconds only[/u] to return to red light so fast and with mix of mid braking you are [i]doomed[/i] and lost points. And theres a [u]mid braking[/u] causing sometimes a [u]doomed situation[/u] but well if you gonna be careful with these brakes it should be fine but the soooo impossible timetable and soooo short green light dont help much give to it the rough steering too... The thing about of AI too is they [i]soooooooooo sloooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooow as hell[/i] they will [u]never go fast then 30 MPH[/u] [i]literally 1984...[/i] thats causes the frikin traffic jam and they [u]never leave the middle or left lane[/u] yup some of you know this gettin on nerves behavior... The [u]shizo penalting for not using blinkers[/u] i mean u didnt even go on other lane opr just turning and [i]boom[/i] the penalty of not used blinkers. And after playing of some time it becames boring as hell and after compelting all missions theres [i]nothing to do anymore[/i]. ;_; Too bad theres no bendy buses here. [i]eugh...[/i] Why SCS didnt made the bendy buses? They could made on rules like the trailes in 18WoS or smh but instead they wouldn't be detachable and just be an integral part of bus. But with the mods [i](wait theres a mods for bus driver?![/i] you can fix some of these flavs which im gonna tell about it soon... Of the positive side it has a [i]mesmerizing vibes in some moments[/i] the [u]FALLIN LEAVES EFFECT[/u] and many weather sets too. Nice one things... It didnt aged well because of these flavs etc and the much better bus sims like OMSI appeared in time so it is obvious OMSI [i]beated[/i] Bus Driver in all aspects. [h2]Bus Driver vs 18 Wheels of Steel series[/h2] I could say Bus Driver is basicly 18 wheels of steel spinoff or sorta of dlc like the future Coach Bus dlc for ETS2 because look theres so many assets from 18 wheels of steel convoy or haulin here even the school bus model which is in haulin is green was imported there But unfortunately Bus Driver was so neglected by SCS i think they made Bus Driver just as cashgrab game copying all 18WoS asstes and thats all :/ [h2]Mods & Modding[/h2] [i]Wait theres a mods for bus driver?![/i] The answer is:[u]YES![/u] Someone sometime said when someone asked about BD modding: "Solution: Play vanilla." Well above here should say this now same but in [i]汉语[/i]. Actually theres a some mods for Bus Driver including the Brasil and primarily Chinese one. But modding here can be hellish if you dont know what to do. Theres no folder for mods just the base.scs causing the problems sometimes for example if you dont turn off the compress mode when working on mod the base.scs file can easily crash whole game. The easiest to mod is the .sii files for the timetables or translation and harder to mod are maps and buses. The mods can fix some flavs mentioned here like the braking, steering, engine power or add new timetables etc. But the AI cant be fixed unfortunately. But despite the flavs, mods [u]can push[/u] Bus Driver a bit further to be more enjoyable. In China it is [i]somewhat popular[/i] game so the many mods are made hell even they add many many buses for example Volvo7700 which you can see in my screenshots. Overall the chinese side is really maniacal experts of Bus Driver Modding. Respect to them🙏 [h2]Conclusion[/h2] Bus Driver its not perfect but despite this it can be enjoyable especially with mods mentioned above. Too bad SCS wasnt caring and [i]will not care[/i]for Bus Driver enough. Who knows what could be today if SCS could Bus Driver in other way like the managment system in 18WoS series erc. At least there will be coach dlc for ETS2 in sometime. Its pretty for good memories and chillin sometimes but if you come here and expect it will be like OMSI2 or smh sorry but this is not game for you.
