An excellent game!
I bought it for steam deck but I couldnt get it working properly so I bought it on xbox and beat it.and it is a great game. Would highly recommend on sale.
Отлично. Как Cat Lady.
Harvest Games always chill me to the bone and Burnhouse Lane was no exception. The interweaving of banality in caring for a fragile patient and the horrors facing Angie balances realistic and supernatural dread. The atmosphere is palpable and the gameplay, while relatively simple with the 2D movement and object interactions, is perfectly sufficient to support the narrative. While the Cat Lady and Lorelai might be my favourite games from Harvester, Burnhouse Lane is an excellent addition to the roster and definitely worth playing.
Giving positive review in advance, since I have played the whole "Devil Came Through Here" trilogy and I love it.
Loved it as much as Cat Lady.
Burnhouse Lane shows that Harvester Games understands why their games work the way they do. It doesn't pull punches and you just have to settle into the misery to try and make any sense of it.
An incredible game. It met all of my expectations. Let me tell you why that is high praise. Rem made my favorite game of all time. The Cat Lady. When someone makes a game THAT good, it's impossible to follow it up... But Harvester games are not the exception. They are a standard. 4 games in and stilling hitting. Beyond the story, this is an advancement in game design. The engine and mechanics and flow are all refined and developed without losing ANY of what made the earlier games great. Everything is improved and nothing is lost. That is SO rare in games or any media. Visual fidelity is increased and polished without losing an inch of the art style or design that makes Harvester games so unique and compelling. Comparison is the thief of joy. and Burnhouse Lane breaks that. They are all masterpieces. That was my expectation. An incredibly unfair and unreachably high bar. and Burnhouse Lane met it. If you have not played any of the Harvester games before, this is a great place to start. make sure to Wishlist TRAINWATCH on steam!
Another pretty fun Harvester Games creation. Story was engaging and was fun as usual. Highly recommend, especially for anyone who liked The Cat Lady.
Gostei, a protagonista da vez tem a história mais deprimente de todas em comparação aos jogos da trilogia DCTH, porém um desenrolar bem escrito tanto pra ela quanto pros personagens secundários. Quando
a Mitzi
Apareceu eu fiquei triste e feliz ao mesmo tempo Kk... 10/10, único ponto negativo que eu consigo encontrar pra esse jogo é o fato de só ter 1 Slot de save...
