One of the best games played has great potential although there isnt much action nowadays the game is superb if you ask me, the building is smooth and easily learnable while being good at the game will take some hard work and dedication as the more complex meta strategies are harder to learn. The cosmetics are amazing (Wish it was more affordable) an the game is super fun with a really great ranking system the game has outstanding potential. However there is always a down side as no game is considered perfect the game has the occasional bugs where my bullets go through the opposing player when you are in your invincible stage from respawning the opponent can place countless walls and it can be used pretty unfairly and it seems the odds are stacked against you. This game can range from any age group but I hope you have some gameplay in your porfolio from other games like fortnite or apex. 7 out of 10 could be better for sure.

You will be prompted to and expected to give money to the developers through this cash shop to buy in-game goods so you can play the game.[/quote] "Buildodge" looks exactly like one of thousands of nasty mobile apps infesting the "free" section of Steam, but it's not really free. While I couldn't find this on the app stores, for all intents and purposes this is a mobile app... it has all the same qualities, from the mobile app tier graphics to the shallow gameplay you expect from mobile app cash harvesters. We can't say why this wasn't accepted on the mobile app stores, maybe it's because Google and Apple have QA departments, and Valve has "Steam Direct". This is a garbage tier, mobile tier cash grab, a simple shooter with what looks like flipped assets/construction kit/generated assets (I've seen the exact same character faces in other mobile apps) and godawful gameplay, a simple platformer/shooter with some "building" gimmick and a toxic, nasty cash shop. Never okay. There's only a superficial game here. The game visuals and the game itself are incredibly shallow... think of them as the cheap, bright, colourful plastic cabinet dress theme on a poker machine at the casino. That's basically what this is. So really, the mobile app "game" is just a veneer, a thin skin wrapped around a nasty, predatory mobile app cash shop. Putting that toxic mobile app monetisation aside... this is basically a mobile app on the wrong platform. I didn't spend thousands on a gaming PC so I could pretend it's an iPhone, and I don't think you did either... this kind of mobile app has no place in your Steam library. As with all mobile scams, you're forced to sign a highly questionable yet legally unenforceable End User License Agreement... for such a relatively low effort, low quality mobile app, this is specifically designed to invalidate your consumer rights and destroy your right to privacy. This agreement includes questionable requirements that may attempt to revoke consumer law protections that gamers expect to have, which is also highly problematic. Developers must learn they are here to serve gamers, not control them. I had my cat walk over the keyboard while the EULA was displaying, which fixed that problem for me. Now on to pricing and value for gamers. This is "free" enough (not every "free" game in the "free" section is truly free, there's usually some hidden price tag), at least you won't be expected to spend any more money after you download this, but just because something is free doesn't mean it's good, and the cost of a game is more than just financial, your time is valuable too. In terms of public reception, this failed. There's over 130 million unique gamers visiting Steam every month. SteamDB showed the game peaked at [b]only 14 concurrent players[/b]... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. All other issues aside (any of which would disqualify this from being worth your time), this is a game that relies on other players for it to be viable, and because there's not enough players, it's not viable. I can't recommend anyone downloads this, it's basically dead.

This game is awesome 1v1 with a friend and very chaotic with more than 2 players. Very cool. Very fun. Highly recommend. Just hit Master and will continue grinding. 11/10
