Reviews
This used to be a positive review, but the more I thought about it the more this game's failings tick me off. I write this just after completing the Closed Casket Run. To me it feels like there is a good game somewhere in here, screaming to come out, but it just gets buried under baffling design decisions. In no particular order: 1. 80% of the game's weapons and vehicles are useless. There is zero internal balance, either you pick something overpowered (Rat King) or you die. Either you get the correct weapons or you can't deal with what's in front of you. 2. This goes for the enemies too: 80% of them are useless and deal next to no damage, 20% of them can do 100 damage to you from across the screen. Good luck if you didn't pick something that can handle a cannon shell to the face, since it's too fast to dodge. 3. Mech and tank movement is HORRIBLE. You will spend three business days just trying to face your enemy. 4. Aiming is almost as bad. You have to be a masochist to use a railgun, just load up with miniguns or cannons. 5. Explosives can end your run and there is almost zero indication that the building in front of you is actually a nuke. Eventually you just learn to stay away from anything static. 6. The most effective tactic I found was actually camping. Enemies aren't smart enough to dodge howitzers, so just stand behind a wall and pepper them. Even better, they walk towards the last explosion, so you don't even have to move your mouse. 7. WHY ARE AMMUNITION PICKUPS DESTRUCTIBLE? I'm not talking about depots, rather the small yellow icons on the ground. They already disappear before you're done with the enemy, why add this extra grievance for apparently no reason? 8. The ammunition economy itself has no balance. Either you never run out, or you get stuck in a death loop because you can't find enough to kill enemies to earn more. It only adds more reasons to stick with the weapons that don't risk this. 9. Why can't depot types be seen from afar? I'm not going to spend three hours walking around the map to find the type that matches my weapons. 10. Building for anything other than open combat is not going to work outside the absolute easiest difficulties. Taking small/stealthy vehicles is just shooting yourself in the foot. (If the argument is that lighter vehicles are a self imposed challenge, I have to reply I don't enjoy this game enough to consider it) I'm sure I could list more points. Graphics are good and so is the music, but I'd rather suggest you get a game that won't relentlessly annoy you with problems that could easily have been fixed before or even after production.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Fell in love with this little game long before I even knew that for some reason it spikes the cortisol of left-wing chuds, which in fairness seems to be a very recent phenomenon. If some of the devs hadn't allegedly been le heckin' bigots a few months ago or whatever they're being accused of, these "people" would be eating this game up the same way they do with all the other synthwave, amoral dystopia, cyperpunk retroslop that they typically gush about/appropriate. In fact that seems to be exactly the case, as many smearing the devs have dozens of hours, meaning they were having fun until they were mugged by the reality of not every indie dev being a wholesome chungus. In any case, these kvetchers comprise a tiny fraction of an otherwise enthusiastic playerbase and should be given little thought beyond what I've said so far. There isn't much else to say except that it's relatively simple gameplay-wise, and pretty small in scope, you'll likely do everything of note in a few hours. If you enjoy it, and can master the movement and gunnery, it's very satisfying and replayable. On sale, it's definitely worth it, perhaps not so much at full price. I'll mention "Mech Havoc" as being a similar/inspired game for those who like Brigador.
Pretty unusual mech/tank game Visuals and music are great Gameplay can be addictive but there's a learning curve. Different vehicles have their quirks Kinda lacks a more solid progression system but it's good for what it is
sindicate meets walker :) with good dark-synth music 🤟
For me the main draw of Brigador is the pixel destruction, if you know other games with similar please suggest in the comments. There was an unreleased game They Came From Hollywood, and the withdrawn from sale Corporate Lifestyle Simulator that I think of. Otherwise it's more of a middling thumb. While the combat is certainly fun, I wish there was more loadout customisation; another weapon slot, another skill slot, and just more choices. And it lacks compelling meta-progression, I really wish there was a more in-depth rogue-lite mode. As-is you pick a vehicle and a mission, and with no compelling meta progression, you just kindof have to set your own goals and decide whether that's enough.
Pretty fun top down shooter with gorgeous levels. I really like how you set the difficulty in this game, each mission can be accomplished by multiple vehicles, if you want easy mode pick the giany mecha as tall as a building, for difficulty pick the guy on a motorcycle or just somebody wearing a power suit. GAMEPLAY TIP #1: Use the horn to lure enemies one at a time. GAMEPLAY TIP #2. The drop smoke screen in front of you, the enemy will not shoot because it cannot see you but you can shoot right thru it.
Do a war crime: The Video Game. Commit yourself to one of the tightest playing and best presented digital violations of the sanctity of human life and the safety of non-combatants as you play as a collection of mercenary scum in a host of armoured vehicles. You are mercenary scum hired to obliterate local forces and demolish local infrastructure for your contractor. In the wake of the political assassination of their leader, Solo Nobre is in a state ripe for a monster like you to take advantage of for profit. Enjoy a wonderful soundscape of synth tunes and surprising tactical depth in moment to moment gameplay. Go to sleep trying not to picture an ocean of yellow raincoats.
i steped on a dude and earned 50dollars!
The sober scifi setting is superb, and the audiobook only augments the bleak war story of the game. Gameplay is quite satisfying, its a toned down and feasible iteration of mech combat. Scratches that itch of well developed military scifi.
