Breakout: Recharged

Fun for a while if you liked the original or aracde games in general.

Atari isn't really Atari they are a subsidiary of a subsidiary and doesn't really have a soul anymore. That being said this game is just breakout. They have some new powerups some new graphics but that's all really. Like the game is ok but if you wanted classic breakout... im sure you can find free versions if you want an evolution on breakout im sure there are 100 games available for you to choose from. This game feels old. The game design and gameplay are fine... but thats all for 10$ thats a lot to ask for. Even if your looking for simple arcade fix, get it somewhere else.

HUGE PASS. But Take my discounted money! Pong, Break-Out! and ARKANOID were my FAVORITE GAMES growing up! This RE-MAKE feels like it's trying, but it can't even get the basics right. No sensitivity for Mouse or AnalogControl? No other Devices allowed? Minimal options? Resolution? That's super silly. Thanks for attempting on Online Arcade Boards and Competitive and Co-Op modes, but... pass until the next iteration of our beloved classics come back around.

Really enjoyable, addictive, fun and the challenges are great... but good luck with the Alien Invasion challenge

The modern spin on breakout turned out to be pretty boring & bland. Also, the "classic" mode isn't really classic at all but the regular game mode without any power ups.

Really fun version of breakout. Solo playing the coop levels was a nice challenge.

Solid breakout remake! I have it on my laptop as its fun for quick games and on airplanes to pass the time. I had a lot of fun with the challenge levels, the music is pretty good, and there are a lot of settings to change the gameplay and visual flare if it is too much to look at.

These remade Atari games are the perfect challenge for simple, but honed skills or yore. I own Centipede, Breakout and a couple others. Centipede has issues with mouse input on Linux, but Breakout works perfectly and is a lot of old school fun with a new twist.
