Brawlers of Duality

I played in the demo phase, so I have more time played than reflected, but what I came back to was surprisingly pleasant. The Developer has come a long way in what felt like such a short amount of time. The new system designed around ringing your opponent out much better suits the stage design as well as the knock back based gameplay. You'll find yourself "Yo-yo-ing" your opponent as you position yourself to stop your opponents attempt to get back to some ground. Being in the center is where the action happens though. Once you have a grasp on how your character works (Which is pretty intuitive after learning the controls, and universal to an extent across each character) you'll be impressed with how fun it is to just bounce your opponent off the walls, and when you finally land that heavy slam after racking up your damage, the feeling of watching them fly into elimination is a reward I can't put into words. You might find some clunky corners, and a few visual blips here and there, but the heart and soul put into this game pushes through. It's hard to come across something that's just a blast to play, especially with friends. Trust me, if you boot this up with a pal (2v2s are especially a good time), you're gonna find yourself just straight up having a good time. Really hope to see this guy get his foot in the door, because I can see him going places. Passion and intuition for game design is the simplest way I can describe it, but it deserves much more. Can't wait to see what comes next!

This game is a very fun concept of brawlers like smash bros and an overhead MOBA style and ability feel. Really loving the character concepts, excited for this to progress in the future. The game has serious opportunity to become one of the great competitive games of our time.
