Reviews
This game literally does not even function currently. The servers have long since been pulled and Steam refuses to pull the product from the store page despite multiple reports.
The Game is really cool solo and better in coop but bad optimization... really... and the devs never answer when you tell them about bugs... It looks like you talk front of a wall a wall that i think "dont listen you" So thats why i put a negative review since i stop this game from more months but i didnt saw new update... maybe the devs stop to be active with this game... idk...
Don't Buy it! playthrough with all u can do in like 3 hours max, not worth the money
I found Boss Crushers on Instagram and was intrigued by their art style. I jumped on Steam and bought it right away. I've put in a little over 2 hours (Level 9 total) and have been fairly entertained. I like the rogue-like aspect and random generated dungeons, which has extended it's game play for me already. There is already a large selection of scrolls, potions, and other trinkets to buff your character as it goes on to the next dungeon of choice. The level progression also adds some nice perks to your character that when stacked can really buff up your character. Levels and Characters Currently there are 3 levels and two characters you can select from (with what looks to be a 3rd in the future). The male character has a limited primary spell range so if you want to get the most out of your character, choose the female and start with the top map working right. The female has has the chance to bring back fallen enemies as shadows, and can cast up to 3 of her own shadows which really helps against bosses. Bosses Each of the 3 dungeons has at least 2 different bosses (that I'm aware of) so you're left trying to remember which one does what. I've defeated both of the Forest bosses, one of the Lizardmen bosses, but the Lava dungeon has the hardest boss I've encountered as it's large and your dash is very limited. Issues Mechanically, there are a few small details that I am sure will be fixed in the future. There is a little delay sometimes when you casts spells or sometimes, for example, the fire bomb spell, doesn't explode despite using up my mana (and yes, I'm aware of the cool down times). Another issue is the enemy hit boxes. There have been times where I have clicked on the enemy and I'm simply missing. For an Early Access game they have a solid foundation. I wasn't able to find a devblog with concept art, discussions ect., (it'd be great for marketing *wink* *wink*) but I'm sure there is a lot more that will be implemented in the near future. I can't wait for further updates and another character! Easily an 8/10 as the last 20% is all in the future updates and worth the purchase. [Note: As of right now, I have only played BC solo. I'll update my review once I get the opportunity to play with a friend.)
Bought this game for a friend and me for 20 something bucks (it was on sale) it was a totally worth it Heres my review Ima be starting with the problems first 1.The voice acting is pretty bad 2.Not alot of content atm 3.loading bugs to were you infinitly load or load outside the map Pro's 1.The combat is really fun its simplistic but a good time 2. You get to choose What area you want to fight in 3.Short load times unless theres a bug 4. the characters seemed balance and get better as you level up which has a nice feel to it and a nice level system 5.Cool enemy design Okay now that thats outta the way i believe alot of the cons i listed can be fixed if the dev's get the help or work on the game they need to add a bit more content if you like risk of rain2 you most likely will like this. this isnt a game you can play forever but its a good calmer and its still really fun in my opinion i suggest you pick it up for yourself lemme know how i did on my review
Performance is bad
The game has a great potential , to bad it has a couple of bugs. this could be easily fixed tough... I have pretty much all of the specs that a pc needs for this game but it's pretty laggy unfortunately. i'd recommend this game when the saving bug gets fixed.=]
Jogo bonito, porém bugado e frustrante. Deve fazer um mau uso de memória ou algo do gênero, pois crashou várias vezes nas telas de loading.
