This game is amazing. Best game of my life. Really should get it! Colliesssssssssssssssssss
I recommend this game. I like the idea, but sadly, the video quality is made with phone or something so the quality is really bad. But overall better video quality, more toys, and other things to do would make this game perfect.
BorderCollie Game is barely a game at all, it's a selection of low resolution video sequences of a border collie that you can trigger by clicking on hotspots on your screen... a bit like one of those 1990's FMV "multimedia" games, but featuring significantly less gameplay. It might as well be a webpage. It does make me remember when "multimedia" was a buzzword, though. I guess for some people it still is. And no, I'm not going to softball this review just because the dog is cute. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. There's no option to change the resolution and no useful graphics tweaks. There's no way to ensure this is running at the native resolution of your display. There's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. It certainly doesn't help that the videos are low resolution and heavily compressed, and not shot with a professional camera. The controls can't be customised because the game has such a dumbed down, simplified interface that it's just point and click stuff like a browser/Flash game. The fact that the interface is this dumbed down might be seen as a problem in itself, however... this is a fairly shallow experience if you're the kind of gamer that likes to play games with deep, rich control schemes and interaction. You'll get none of that here. For gameplay purposes, because the user interface for this game is mostly just clicking on hotspots... it might as well be a browser game. And we all know, Steam isn't here to compete with Chrome and Firefox. If the game can be done in a web browser, it's just not rich or compelling enough to appeal to serious gamers on PC. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. The poor quality of this game is reflected by how many people spent time with it. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 2 players. This is a remarkably low number, and now, the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam and well over 50,000 games for gamers to choose from (over 9,000 completely free titles), the overwhelming lack of interest in this low quality game is to be expected. BorderCollie Game is relatively cheap at $1 USD, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, this is impossible to recommend.
Profile Features Limited!
Valve have marked this game as "Profile Features Limited" at the time of this review. This is usually caused by poor sales figures and low community acceptance for the game (to date). Until this status changes, this game will not give you +1 to your Game Collector badge count, appear in profile achievements or any other Steam meta-accomplishments, nor can it be displayed in some profile showcases. If these factors are important to you, it may be worth holding off before buying this game.

Despite the poor quality, assuming this was shot with a phone, bordercolliegame is a game where you play fetch, walk and do other things with your dog. Its pretty basic and doesnt have much depth but i would rate it a 6/10 because it does exactly what it says it does.
I love dogs and specially bordercollies they are so sweet and cute i have a bordercollie for my own this was so fun to watch and play i love it the dog looks almost exactly like my dog shame the camera work was pretty bad sometimes and sometimes it diddnt really show were to continue were to click there were 3 or 4 moments i was stuck and diddnt know how to continue but i still managed to watch and enjoy the whole walk and journey so thank you for making such a fun FMV dog game as this.
