Boom Beach: War Strategy Game

Progression & balance do not exist Balance & progression in this game does not exist 😂 I’ve been fighting with the same guy over a resource base since I downloaded the game. He is a higher level than me so there is nothing I can do. He takes the base multiple times a day, and it is now at the point I can no longer take it. The unfortunate part is, I need the base. I produce way more stone than wood. I can no longer do any more upgrades until I have more stone. I can’t keep my resources long enough though to get enough stone because some other random guy will come and take my stuff every single time. There is no shield, no way to protect my resources, no way for me to progress.

AI targeting and movement The troops with very long range(grenade throwers) (long range) are out ranged by boom cannons (medium range) ???? That doesn’t make sense and the movement and targeting of the mortar tanks are wack they will fight you just to move with in range of medium range defenses getting themselves destroyed please fix these issues because it is incredibly aggravating. love the troops hate the AI.

Waste of time The game takes way too long to get upgrades to your base and make any progress without putting money into the game, and the combat slows down considerably since you have to go back to your base and select troops again, if you’re going to play a supercell game, I’d suggest clash of clans and not this.

Terrible Support The game itself is amazing, however they rely on bots for account support. I was locked out of my game when upgrading phones. Unfortunately you have to remember your tag account tag island name and hq level for their bots to assist. I emailed support and all they say is use in game support. The email system is a bot too. I have all the information from gamecenter and all the badges but still cannot get help. The bot even closed the email thread.

Cringe I have been playing for around 6 years now but the new update makes me want to finally delete this game

From level 61 to zero - No recovery - No response I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the App Store support experience regarding Boom Beach. I was a dedicated player for years and had reached level 61 before I stopped playing back in 2017. Recently, I reinstalled the game expecting to continue from where I left off, only to find that my entire progress was completely gone and I was forced to start from scratch. At the time I originally played, there was no Supercell ID system in place, so naturally my account was not linked. However, I still expected some form of recovery support, especially given the time and effort I invested in the game. What makes this situation far worse is the complete lack of response from support. I have been contacting them daily for over a week, and not a single reply has been received. This level of neglect is unacceptable. Players who invest years into a game deserve at least basic customer support and acknowledgment. Losing progress is already frustrating, but being ignored entirely makes it even worse. This experience has seriously damaged my trust, not only in the game but in the platform as a whole. I strongly urge the support team to take player issues seriously and respond in a timely manner. Ignoring loyal users is simply not acceptable.

Shop of evil New update is so bad. They added something that nobody asked for. Plus shop of evil is useless with junk that people don’t use d.

Love the game I’ve been playing on and off for a few years now and I love the game! I just wish by now they would have added a home base editor/builder mode

Games changed Now adding commercials, rewards change so the rewards become less beneficial. I loved this game. Not so much anymore.

BB When it comes to the warships. The app constantly gets the winner wrong. It alters your ability to move ahead. I have won battles by more than 10 seconds only for the app to say that I have lost. Very frustrating
