Warning: Asset Flip! Bonhomme 7 Heures is one of literally thousands of creatively bankrupt asset flips infesting Steam and lowering the average quality of all video games everywhere.
This is yet another first person horror adventure Unreal asset flip. Take a bunch of Unreal assets. Take an Unreal engine first person horror adventure game blueprint. Put all ingredients in a bucket and shake vigorously. Pay $100 to Steam Direct. Tell your imaginary girlfriend you are now a real professional game developer. Your imaginary girlfriend is really impressed with you. This is one of literally thousands of these low effort amateur asset flips. Bonhomme 7 Heures is partially or completely made up of stock assets, "borrowed" from asset stores and free asset websites. Little, if anything in this game is the creation of the "developer". While there's no up front price for this asset flip, the other problem with asset flips is that when developers aren't capable of doing their job and creating high quality assets, it's also true they can't do any of the rest of the job of a game developer either. That's definitely true for "Bonhomme 7 Heures", and this kind of asset flipping never results in games that have quality or value for PC gamers. The game graphics look better than you might expect, but that's just because it looks like some or all of them are "borrowed" from asset stores or wherever. Gamers can tell... and it comes across as insincere. There's also the old adage that those who lack the budget and talent to make their own game assets usually lack the budget and talent to do the rest of the job of game development properly, too. This is "free" enough, at least you won't be expected to spend any more money after you download this, but just because something is free doesn't mean it's good. Despite having no up-front cost, this failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at just a dozen or so concurrent players, and now there's basically nobody playing it. Even though it's free. This is a dismal public reception, but it's easy to see why gamers rejected it. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Nope. This isn't worth downloading. While this didn't cost me any money up front, I still feel ripped off.

Puh, einfach nein. Ich habe das Spiel nach kurzer Zeit abgebrochen.
Before I played Bonhomme 7 Heures, I had a small pp, no friends, no gf, depression, and no life. These things havent changed, but the game is pretty good
It's buggy, no clear things to do, annoying adult/kid transition and monster, took too much to finish a DEMO and even walkthroughers got stuck.
Well I've tried. First time I broke the game by breaking a vase in a location inaccessible by the player. Second time I've gotten a bit further, but have no idea what I should do. The main enemy doesn't feel scary enough.
Confusing as to the day/night/tall/short transitions, and game froze me in position after solving a puzzle. Buggy, laggy, and sh!tty. Rating: 2/10
>Grandpa comes home >Acts scary again >Have to hide >Pissing myself of fear >Eventually calm down and escape >Grandpa leaves >Launch the game
