It supposedly is physics based game where your goal is to pour suspicious fluids into a flask and you do so by mixing ingredients and such but some elements are like putting hot iron into your mouth. When you encounter cubes, first you have to push them into some kind of turbine as they work like a switch. After that you can try solving the stage. Not bad physics game but it need some alchemical refinement. Good if you're looking for some fluid sim.

This could be so damn good - but it's way too buggy and unpolished.
This game reminds me of Crayon Physics - in a good way. I was so exited about the game and hoped for a nice relaxing puzzle game. But the current state is very frustrating. I really wish I could recommend this game. I'll edit my review once the issues are fixed. Pros: + Nice graphics + Beautiful music and sound effects + Nice concept, great potential + Some funny eastereggs Cons: - Bugs, bugs everywhere - Map Editor crashes the game - Sometimes buttons doesn't work - Physics of boxes are buggy, they glitch thru walls and plattforms - Switches to fullscreen although window mode is checked Please put some more effort into this game - it has a lot of potential!

This game is a lot of fun and reminds me a lot of those oil and water dripper games that I used to really enjoy as a kid. The presentation is nice and the fluid physics seem to be pretty spot on. They react how you expect them to react and do so reliably each time which is important for physics based gameplay like this. It seems like it would be a simple concept that would be difficult to find challenge in, but the levels do up the ante as you progress. Very early in I was presented with a few that really had me scratching my head a bit. But they weren't so difficult that I left the experience frustrated. Most importantly, the dev is very responsive to the community and you can tell they are very passionate about the game. I had a small scoring issue which I posted about and got a reply within hours. The bug was not only fixed within the week but followed up on in the comment thread by the dev to let me know. It's a pleasure to support devs who are so active with their community and willing to fix things even when they can't replicate the bugs we're seeing. It's a refreshing change from so many of these unfinished or bug-ridden games that release then wallow for months without updates. Well worth a purchase if even just to support those qualities that we should be looking for in game devs. It doesn't hurt that it's pretty fun to boot.
I like what this game is trying to do, but its a buggy unpolished turd. The clear all lines button doesn't work at all, manually clearing lines works sometimes doesn't work other times. Clicking on the meteors to add more time grabbing the liquids (which is a buggy frustrating experience in itself) felt like a totally pointless mechanic to add. I got it for free, so at least I only wasted a half hour of my time, but 10 bucks is way too high to pay for this mess of a game. I like the graphics and I like that it has a Linux port, but this game needs some serious polish before I would suggest anyone spend any money (or time) on it.
Was recht simpel beginnt beginnt wird rasch kompliziert. “Once upon a time, in an unnamed fantasy universe there was a shopkeeper, who was out of potions. And it was a pretty big deal sine he sold nothing but potions. Guess what, you are the shopkeeper! At least for now. End of story. I’m an extremely untalented storywriter. It’s better for both of us if I just shut up now. Seriously.” Let’s have a moment to appreciate the developer’s honesty and humor on the story-telling. Bloop Reloaded Is a Puzzle and Physics game that includes: a lovely art style and very encouraging animations. The gameplay involves you doing various tasks, such as: Moving fluids to their designated potion bottle - creating a path for the fluids to slide into their bottles - at harder levels, it will include obstacles too. The controls are minimal and easy to understand. Players are informed of what to do in most, if not all levels and given clues to their objectives. There should be no question or confusion for the most part. Art and graphics is one of the highlights to this game for me. The splattered effects and animations gives a funky feel to the theme, along with the fluorescent colour schemes. The gradients and mixtures you would get from mixing two colours is one that I find entertaining to witness when playing. There is also the messy aspect too. When you place the blobs onto the opening of the bottle: don’t be surprised to see some of the fluid oozing down on the sides and having to pick them up again. That, with other unintended leaking and spills. The game play is also accompanied by light-hearted music, which alternates time to time as you progress through the levels. You can expect to hear a lot of splash while you move or drop fluids and they hit a surface. The game does fulfill the audio aspect for the atmosphere of the game. To wrap things up - You can say that I have a ‘chemistry’ with puzzle games. Hence, why this game caught my interest with the theme design. It’s simple and stunning. I recommend playing Bloop Reloaded.
The mixed reviews didn't inspire a lot of confidence, but I gave it a shot because it was free and I rather like puzzle games. As it turns out, Bloop Reloaded is a pleasant surprise! It's appealing to look at, and the puzzles, while not entirely difficult, still got me to think and get creative. Which brings me to my favorite part about the game -- There's no one way to solve each puzzle. The end result is what matters and how you get there is up to you and your creativity. That being said, the game does have quite a few faults. Like everyone else is saying around here, it's buggy and glitchy as heck. Whether you're trying to use the "Clear All" button, erase a line, drag a Push/Pull box, etc, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. When it's the latter, it can get frustrating, especially if it means you have to start the level over completely. Overall, though, I was able to play through the bugs without much issue, without it taking away from my enjoyment of the game. I had fun with this, I really did. Putting nine hours in the past two (or three) days? It was hard to put down! But, like I said, I do like puzzle games.
_____________8__88_____8 ____________88_8__8_____8 ___________888_____88___88888 __________8888______88_8____88 _________8888_______88______8_8 _________8888_______88______8_8 _________8888_______8_______8 _________8888_____8_______8 __________88888____8______8 ___________8888888______8 __888_________88888_8 8888888________88_____ _8888888_______8_____ __888888_______88_____ ___88_____8_____8_____ ____8______8____8_____8_88 _______8888_8__88_8_88888 _____888888_8_88__8888888 ____8888888__88______88888 ____88888_____8_________888 ____88_________8__________8 _____8_________8_____ _______________8_____ ____________8_8_____ _____________88_8_____ ______________88_____ ______________8_____
Good art design, good concept, bad excecution Has problems. 'Clear all' button doesnt clear anything. Removing lines you've drawn can be a bit unresponsive. Some of the problems could be fixed, however its unlikely they will as it was released over 2years ago at the time of this review.
