Game's fun. Big fan of the setting and atmosphere. Love the boss variation and how they play into the setting. Try different builds each run and see how far you can get. Good fun all around. Do keep in mind that you are, in fact, not crazy. Goes without saying, really. No second thoughts required. None.

Very fun game, definitely worth the price. Shooting down abominations is very satisfying and the simple artstyle really fits the atmosphere. There's a surprising amount of build depth in the different combinations of powers and boss drops you can get each run. It's very fun to try out different combos and see what works. Also some cool lore to unlock. Lots of room for self-imposed challenge runs too, I'm trying to complete a run where I never shoot an enemy with my gun. I can do it, I'm so close, I'm not crazy.

Blood Welkin is a well crafted wave based horde shooter with what feels like limitless replay potential in how its roguelite mechanics play off of eachother so that every run feels like you are doing something new. With so much variety both in abilities and enemy variety both mechanically and visually. Blood Welkin is one of those games I could reccoemnd to anybody looking to either kill some time or really dive into its lore, setting or atmosphere. An excellent game that really grounds me mentally and reminds me that I Am Not Crazy and there are still good indie devs out there looking to make simply fantastic indie titles.

This game is a great time killer and is pretty satisfying; A bit barebones compared to something like Vampire Survivors, but what you get is a fun -- and sometimes janky -- FPS survivors game. It is VERY reminiscent of some sort of blend between Devil Daggers, Vampire Survivors, and something like Risk of Rain 2, and in the hour or so I've put into it, I've managed to buy (and try) all 3 of the main weapons, and have started upgrading the ones that I enjoy. The build synergies you can get by combining something like the Shotgun, with the Ricochet boss perk, and some close quarters (or even the long range) damage buff skill are incredibly satisfying, however the RNG gods have to smile upon to for Ricochet to even drop in the first place :) All in all, you can't go wrong with $4.00 (or $5.00 when the sale ends), and there are a LOT of worse games you can buy for that price point. i'll be playing this game when I want to turn my brain off and endlessly shoot abominations.
