About
Blood: Refreshed Supply follows Caleb, an undead gunslinger on a quest for revenge against his former demonic master, Tchernobog. Despite his once powerful position as a fearsome Cabal commander and one of Tchernobog’s “Chosen” few, Caleb and his fellow Chosen are betrayed by the dark god and slain for reasons unknown. Seeking answers and vengeance, Caleb rises from the grave to put a stop to Tchernobog and his murderous lieutenants once and for all.
Grab your Pitchfork and get ready to stab your way through 42 blood-soaked levels, while unlocking even more creative and effective implements of destruction along the way. Use your arsenal of weapons to survive Tchernobog’s evil Cabal of loyal Cultists, Fanatics, Zealots, and Acolytes, along with swarms of hellish creatures from ruthless Zombies and flying Gargoyles, to water-dwelling Gill Beasts, screaming Phantasms, and firebreathing Hell Hounds.

this is a good port of the game. the negative reviews are due to a weird rerelease that warner bros (i think) did. the older version of this game was delisted.
About time a real remaster was done for this. The reason I refunded Fresh Supply is because it controlled WORSE than the original, looked WORSE than the original and didn't even have the original music files! So I figured I'd be dropping a $20 for a 2 hour demo before refunding because it wouldn't be the same as before and what do we have here?! The original music files? Actual compatibility with new systems and options to turn off for a true retro look? Wait, wait what? It also includes the expansions AND the original DOS files to run in a DOS box emulator to play with tank controls in its original unedited setting?! EXCUSE ME?! THEY ACTUALLY GAVE THE FULL PACKAGE AND THEN SOME?! Yes, a version of a "remaster" that I actually would pay for, and grabbed it for $20 on a 30% off sale which is the max I would pay for anything. Ah that old rusting pitch fork feels so good to back in my hands again. Breathing in that original soundtrack with the option to play not one but TWO different soundtracks (both of which give off HeXen vibes more than anything) and reliving this great adventure again. It's time to get bloody.
Keep update this game and don't abandon it like Fresh Supply
I look forward to every NightDive Studios release. They are remastering some amazing games, and Blood: Refreshed Supply is not to be missed. I have only played through the first two episodes, but I know I'm going to be coming back to this game over and over again like Doom. I love all the references to horror movies, and the unsettling music! 100% recommended for anyone that is a fan of horror and boomer shooters!
look, i know what you're thinking, "this guy is stupid he gave a positive review to this scam" but think for a second, this comes with death wish pre installed death wish is good, and hey you don't need to deal with any modding so you don't need to loose your precious time on your 9-5 job, yeah i get it none of that can justfy the price tag but whatever, i had fresh supply and i got it cheap so now i get to have this for cheap, meanwhile fresh supply is no longer on sale, which is ass, was a bad port anyways all things considered, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ corporations...
Loved the game in the 90s, glad it got a good a remaster finally. Other than some issues with "secrets" not showing up as being found even though the message pops up, and other minor glitches it runs well. Works great with mouse & KB as well as xbone controller.
Long live to the king of build engine! ( I love duke nukem 3d and Ion fury but this is something else) . Nightdive always does a remarkable job in remastering
yes i know they did fresh supply a few years ago, and was way cheaper, but that was with the a reverse engineered alpha as the basis. now they could do it with the actual source code and probably had more time in the oven because ♥♥♥♥ atari and warner brothers. despite all that tho; ♥♥♥♥ it. still highly recommend one of the greatest shooters ever. $30 is a bit steep tho so.... i wouldnt blame you if you decided to wait for a sale.
Great game! If you don't own Fresh Blood, this is a must grab for anyone a fan of build engine from the 90's. 8/10
I don't give a f*ck what other people say, despite the price on this thing, I love it! I f*ckin' love it! Blood is my all time favourite game, and I dare say I'm going to get ALL of the achievements and glaze the sh*t out of this game. This rerelease feels a lot more like Blood on DOS than Fresh Supply did, because in my opinion, Fresh Supply felt very floaty and buggy. So I love this sh*t. Killa'! 10/10!
