I was fortunate enough to get a free copy of the game, but I would have gladly paid for it. The writing and scene choices were entertaining and engaging. I highly recommend the game for the socially inept like myself. You can view my Let's Play video of it here if you are curious about what the game is about: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AmzVhDzMS2Q

A lovely way to have a night out while in the comfort of your home. Really enjoyed the humor and the writing, especially for the introspection it provides.
Short and cool game, you can 100% it, in like 2 hours, but it isn't selling itself for a bunch. I say get it on sale or buy it if you have some change, it is a charming game!
Blind Date is a crap e-book/dating sim/Choose Your Own Adventure style visual novel. The idea is that you're on a blind date and you need to work through the dialogue and occasional decision to reach one of the 14 different endings. For reference, even the crappy Choose Your Own Adventure books had more endings, and thus are more sophisticated video games than this. What was that you said? Choose Your Own Adventure books aren't video games? Yes, and here we see the problem... technically, this isn't either. Like most GameMaker Studio construction kit "games", this features lazy 2D retro pixel "art", instead of professionally done, contemporary PC graphics. Controls and resolution are locked, which pushes this below acceptable standards for PC. GameMaker Studio is a very poor quality game construction kit, and unsurprisingly results in products that have little to no value as games, especially when compared to the work of professional developers who create genuine products for gamers. Just like you can't make a silk purse from a sow's ear, you can't make a good game from a completely crap game engine. Using a video game construction kit requires little to no talent or skill as a game developer. Very often, GameMaker Studio is used to make shovelware and lazy cash grabs. There's really nothing here of value to serious PC gamers. The whole thing could have been done in HTML. It's underperforming ancient Choose Your Own Adventure paperbacks. If this is the kind of game experience you're looking for, absolutely don't pay a whopping $3 for this garbage, go to a public library, or go play free HTML games, most of which are higher quality than this mess.
This guy has absolute ♥♥♥♥ game. Cringey af to hear the MC speak
So many twist endings And a big percentage of them are humiliating Pretty good simple play
When I got a free key for this game, I wasn't expecting to play it, but I gave it a shot, and I'm really glad I did. I enjoy the humor & writing style, and I'm having fun replaying to find all the different possible endings (I have not completed them all as of this writing). There are some really interesting turns to the story.
Existential crisis simulator.
I won this game in a sort of a "lottery" and I'm glad I did. Very interesting, and very well written. All "stories" piqued my interest and replaying the game was fun. Definitely going for all the endings. But I must admit that during my first playthrough I felt creeped out a bit, as it hit too close to home if you know what I mean... I'm talking about the goose obviously.
