a 2D platformer, action, roguelike, hack and slash, with some bullet hell this game is GOATED, with some blazblue rosters ooooooh yeah 100% recommend this game, the story progress is good, even though it's not part of the original story but the story is still good. character reviews: most of the characters are pretty good to play with, they got their own combos and mechanics, and it's not that clunky, though some characters do be clunky when the first time I try them like Hazama, and Taokaka, but as the time I play the game and keep trying to learn them, they're actually really fun to play with. the bosses are also pretty challenging too, the dev really do spent the time on making the boss gimmick. the collab characters are also fun to play, especially the prisoner from dead cell who knows I can play as Dante (sadly he can't do tricksword combo XD) and ICEY too feels a little bit like Vergil, is this a foreshadow that we might get DMC collab in the future?????? XD QoL: nothing much I can say here but I'd love some simplicity on the process to go mind training in sky city story, just like what you guys did in DBS, but still I love to see Pakumen, Terumen and Terumi got pushed to the mind training XD and please add song on DBS lobby, it's getting lonely there XD overall this game is fresh for me, even though I played some roguelike before but BBEE just bring a fresh dish for me and I love it, and hoping to see more of it !

An action roguelike game that offers a lot of replay value for a good price. It has cooperative multiplayer, many characters from the Blazblue roster with a few guest, free updates, and a casual story to keep players who need guidance engaged. The combat has all the complexity of a normal fighting game but the difficulty settings make it accommodating to all. Unlike some roguelikes this game allows you to pause your progress in the middle of a run to resume later.
