Super fun and adorable runner/rhythm game. Simple in concept, but can be pretty complex in execution depending on the level. Highly recommend.
Very fun autorunner. I haven't played much of the original games but it's a fun little game and I enjoyed my time. controls feel tight and I never felt like I died for reasons outside my own skill. Sometimes can be repetitive but for the run time I think it's a really good length. Plus if you want more there's all the online created levels.
Gives me so much nostalgia! played this all the time on the Wii and it has really gotten better
It's harder than the original (and doesn't have the same issues that the original did with slow-rolling early levels with tedious "yes you can jump" tutorial segments) Good blast from the past. Wish they'd remake the rest of the OG six bit.trip games though.
This remake pays tribute to the Runner series and the Bit.Trip Series as whole extremely well. I especially like the level editor, as I like to fool around with modes like that in a game. This replaces the original with great visuals and much extra content.
I played Runner2 prior to this but didn't play the original Bit Trip Runner. Rerunner is an overall solid experience and I had a good time with it. I think Runner2 is still better, so I'd recommend playing that one first if you have no experience with the series. While gameplay is generally smooth, some of the timing on the jumps in the retro challenges were so tight that it basically felt random whether I could pull it off in a given run. While they provide a nice test of your skills, the frustration often overwhelmed enjoyment. Still, there are plenty of other levels which were very enjoyable, so I don't view it as a negative. The level editor is a cool inclusion and can add a lot of replay value, but personally I don't have much interest in designing.
Flew under my radar for the longest time. Runs decent on steam deck (At least the first few levels do). The game has a good foundation, and the adjustable difficulty is the perfect way to appeal to different types of players. I'm always iffy about unreal engine 5, but it does look pretty
I like when the funny ninja guy becomes a helicopter.

It's good but too short and easy compared to BitTrip Runner 2. With that being said ReRunner is a good game and a great intro into BitTrip Runner for newcomers, but if you want a challenge and more content; BitTrip Runner 2 is where to look.
