Sequel to the sci-fi visual novel Bionic Heart. The game is told from four different points of view: each character choice will change the outcome of the story.

Choose you own adventure digital book, I guess, sadly I do not enjoy these kind of games.
Having somewhat fond remembrances of the first Bionic Heart game (played some time ago), when I came across this sequel on sale for $10, I decided to give it a go. Unfortunately, other than the name, there's not a lot in common. The humor is mostly gone, the characters are very shallow, and the whole concept of "social boss fight" is very contrived. There is a lot of dialog amongst the various endings, but a lot of it is recycled. The art doesn't really match up with the characters. And the endings just don't give you much feeling of satisfaction. One of my primary measuring sticks for games like this is whether or not they're laid out logically enough that I can play through it sensibly without resorting to a guide (at least until most endings have been figured out). In this one, there really isn't a lot of sense to the progressions at all. When it was all said and done, I didn't find my time well spent on this offering. I'd recommend investing your money and time elsewhere.

The level of sophistication in the writing is noteworthy; parallel and intertwining plots told by four POV characters on two planets is quite a feat. Using the skip function to attain more endings, I had some trouble remembering the choices each character made that were the same or different from my already-achieved endings but it was impressive to see the cohesion of the story despite having several plot threads for each path. The more serious tone of this over the prequel was a welcome change and the 24 endings provide great variety and replay value. In addition, the new character art and social boss fights are definite improvements over the prequel.
This is the sequel to the visual novel Bionic Heart. While it continues the spirit of that game... I am not completely pleased with it. There are two plotlines, one on Earth, the other on Mars. Thing is, the one of Earth almost always ends with an act of mass murder. And the one of Mars... well, that isn't much better. Also the two characters I liked most from the first one do some of the worst acts possible. Basically, there are only two (maybe three) storylines where they end up together, and... in most cases they had to do those horrible acts... Still, it is a fun read, so it does have a lot of good points... So I guess I shall have to recommend it.
Pokud vám tohle nevadí a máte rádi visual novel typ her, rozhodně doporučuji. Jinak spíše ne. Hra získána za 0,2€. 6/10
A disappointing follow up. The story jumps off one of the worst endings of the previous title, which doesn't give the narrative much to do. There is no voice acting this time around. The artwork is different and lacking the charm. The first game had 20+ endings that were all quite different; here, it's more like 4 endings with just a few slight variations each. I would say if you enjoyed the first game, just pick which ending you enjoyed best as canon and call it a day. As one who loved the first Bionic Heart, this one was just a big letdown.
I don't even know what to say anymore. More uninteresting shovelware from the indie scene. Oh well at least when a good indie game releases it gets to stand out.
I remember playing the prequel and man, the artwork has changed completely. I think it became better. Also, the writing has improved. I could understand more the relationships between them characters. Never thought of them as soulless or blank dolls. In my opinion, it was an interesting sequel and the author gave us plenty endings to see how it all turns out in the end. Sometimes it doesn't even matter, because you know your a s s is f u c k e d. Watch your friends die and eat a bag of chips in your fancy comfy chair. I'm still not sure why the reviews are mixed. Boss fights are awesome, there's romance and thriller, bunch of endings, beautiful scenery and well drawn characters, interesting personalities, dialogs and atmosphere (yes, yes, I felt the atmosphere in this visual novel), fitting music. Best Winter Wolves' game, imho.
It's a wll-made sequel from one of "Bionic Heart" ending. It raises many questions and explains that Earth climate change matter. It's a feat to write several plots on main characters on 2 planets in parallel. Hence you can replay with different choices for more endings some deadly, Have saves before choices to do them all. From one side you are Luke who’s fled to Mars with his sticky jealous girlfriend and your co-worker Tom. From the other side you are Tanya with a “bionic heart” like even being an android has feelings and cares for humanity. She’ll be interrogated by the police on Earth, who’ll discover the bad idea of Nanotech’s boss, he thinks he can tame… You’ll try to prevent Martian scientists getting revenge on the ungrateful earthman or turn evil. You’ll keep or not your relationship with your girlfriend. You might be betrayed. If you escape, will it be alone or not? What happens next? How to save the ruins of the world when you’re researched? You’ll learn of Tanya’s past life as a human. Will you die soon or not? Smart social boss fights with a chain of choices to do in a correct order, though a bad end is among the endings. Electro.. futuristic music shows to be on alert. Noteworthy writing that makes you goosebumps on an interlocutor reaction to your words! This is simply a mind-blowing sci-fi game.
