Warning: Asset Flip! This is one of literally thousands of creatively bankrupt asset flips infesting Steam and lowering the average quality of all video games everywhere.
"Biggest Stream Hover Racing" is basically hot garbage. Not intended to be a real game, this trashware is intended for Twitch Stream viewers to play while they're not watching the streamer whose channel they're on. Ugh. This was, of course, a complete and utter failure. No video game should ever be integrated with any form of social media. Ever. That aside, this zero player multiplayer game looks like they ripped off some low poly Unreal assets (edit: Confirmed by the developer that this is creatively bankrupt, morally void asset theft/plagiarism), changed them around a bit, and made a really crap "hover" track racer game with it. The only "differentiator" here is twitch integration, and video games need that like they need bowel cancer. This has some really mediocre looking graphics that will understandably be a turn off for a lot of gamers, and it's a big contributor to the failure of the game to attract gamers despite having no up-front cost. Gaming is a primarily visual medium, and if developers want to succeed, they must understand that it's not an area for compromise. You deserve better than compromises. It's free... now, but it wasn't before. The developer was charging $5 USD for this. Price barriers, especially on low quality products, can be a direct cause of failure. It's a nice gesture for the game to be given away for free, but it also tells us that the game wasn't good enough to succeed as a paid product. Even though this is "free", it failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 3 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Nope. This isn't worth downloading. While this didn't cost me any money up front, I still feel ripped off.
Developer Response!
The developer has weighed in to inform everyone they didn't read the Developer Usage Rules for Steam "partners", or they deliberately ignored the part where Valve says:
Though it may be tempting, not every review needs to be responded to. A developer response will frequently draw more attention than the original statement, potentially turning a small issue into a much larger community discussion. It's also not a good idea to use this feature to refute customer opinions. Your direct attention can be seen as validation or a defensive attempt to silence your customers.
The developer response is appalling, arrogant, and insulting to everyone. Take this breach of Valve guidelines within the context of this asset flip only having THREE concurrent players... an event that only occurred once. The first thing the developer wants everyone to know is that they are "The Main Character". You, as a gamer, don't matter. They breach Valve guidelines for developers just to complain about a fully accurate and informative review (with facts their ego doesn't like). It's evident from their attitude that they never created this product with gamers in mind. They did so to stroke their own ego. When developers, especially failed ones who would never be able to get a professional job in the industry, put themselves before gamers, we end up with garbage products like this. That explains how this trash ended up on Steam, but it doesn't excuse it. At least we finally got to meet The Main Character, and nobody else matters. The developer makes this clear by laughably insulting every single gamer by saying gamers rejection of this garbage is irrelevant; the only way any game can be measured for success is by how happy "developer" is after they tried to get paid for someone else's assets. The developer (before editing it in an act of cowardice) claimed that the only measurement of success that matters is how happy he is how many people play his game. But this wasn't true (and so he deleted it). He was thinking we can't see the SteamDB figures that clearly show nobody touches this asset flip garbage. Feel free to check them out yourself, SteamDB, and the hard data the developer was LYING about, is there for all to see. The developer admits that he used other people's assets and tried to get YOUR money for other people's game assets and hard work. This is one of the reasons amateur developers have such a bad name. (The developer has since edited his response to remove this admission). The developer doesn't seem to understand basic things. PvP GAMES WITH NO PLAYERS CANNOT BE PLAYED. But the developer still argues that no review matters unless it meets his personal requirement for the amount of time the game is played... basically demanding that if the milk has gone off, you have to drink the whole carton before you can tell anyone it's rancid. This is a terrible attitude from a developer. It doesn't matter how many minutes a crap asset flip gets played for; the defects in such games are apparent very quickly. Playing a bad game for longer will not make the graphics better, or remove plagiarised store assets and replace them with genuinely made ones. There's over 140,000 games on Steam. Most of them are garbage like this. Many of the same games share the same defects. The developer DEMANDS that I find completely new ways to describe the same defects across thousands of games that share them. Once more, a terrible attitude from a "main character" developer. Another edit, who wiped his response, instead switches to attacking this reviewer (blaming others for his own failure, I guess), tries to call me a "bot" (would you like a recipe for cupcakes?) and then tried to report this review. Why? An attempt to censor the truth about a bad product; a pattern of misleading and harmful conduct. Censoring the truth about his failure won't make his failure go away. The developers appalling attitude towards gamers and reviewers sheds light on why this was such a failure, a poor quality product nobody wanted, but it excuses none of his toxic behaviour. I did not reach out to the developer on Discord. The developer lies. I've screenshotted the response because the developer will almost certainly wipe it (because it violates Steam community guidelines). You can see it here: https://imgur.com/a/d2q9oYy This tells you everything about this developer you need to know. Nothing in the developers pointless breach of Valve guidelines changes any of the objective facts of my review. My review stands mostly unaltered, except more clarification about the developers unethical attempt to scam gamers through plagiarism and asset theft. I cannot recommend this asset flip to anyone. Edit: I've explained so many times to this homophobic bigot (see above) that PvP games with NO PLAYERS cannot be played. It's unclear why the developer does not understand this, but he's probably too busy stealing other people's intellectual property and putting his own name on it. If I played the game for longer, the graphics would not get better. The assets would still be stolen from other people. The game would still have NO PLAYERS. The developer would still be a toxic bigot and homophobe. You can see just what kind of person this is... trying so hard to make the game review for his product all about me instead of his failure and disgusting attitude.

This game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ dope. The dude that made it stays on top of content and updates, I have had the privilege of seeing the game be developed and the bigger privilege of being credited for making some of the music. I hope everyone enjoys and creates some fun memories for themselves and their streams.
ENG
Description Biggest Stream Hover Racing comes with Twitch integration and up to 500 viewers can race against the streamer with AI-controlled hover cars. Graphics Not particularly and during the race, depending on the participant and perspective virtually nothing to recognize. Sound The sound, or rather the soundtrack, is quite cool. And thus actually represents the one cool thing. Controls Nonexistent, since you only spawn the cars via the Twitch integration and everything else is done by the AI. Conclusion Unfortunately just a bad copy of Marbles in Stream or Stream Racer. So not recommended by me, unfortunately. It is a game that promises a lot. Looks really nice. But he still has a lot to improve. My main advice is to include a settings menu where you can choose the graphic quality, but above all, the SENSITIVITY, both for the streamer's driving control and for the camera. Now he is really sane and it becomes impossible to follow the race! As it stands now, it is unplayable and unenjoyable. I will keep a close eye on game updates.
