As a person of faith, I enjoyed this very short game. It is only 20-30 minutes long, so buy on sale. I took an hour because I had to play it twice as my first play through didn't activate an ending. There are 2 endings to this game, so choose well! You play as an archaeologist supported by an assistant back at base who can see everything you are seeing. It begins with you in a temple with side rooms representing the great religions and spiritual philosophies of the human race.....Islam, Judaism, Catholicism/Christianity, Buddhism and Hinduism. In the centre of the antechamber, there is a sigil you want to get your hands on. It is surrounded by a force field which is circled by 4 symbols. You have to activate these. There is a core message for each religion, but it is done in a respectful and subtle way. You are not beaten over the head with anything! My favourite part was the soundtracks of each room e.g the choral music of Catholicism, the bells and gentle sounds of the Eastern religions, the cry of Islam and chants of Judaism. Really lovely. In each room, you have to find the right religious artefacts to set up a prayer 'altar'. There are very light puzzles to solve. You set up the altar for the Catholic Mass, activate a prayer room for Islam, get a stream flowing for Buddhism, open a Torah for Judaism and get the arms of Ganesha in the right place. The only negative is that I found the antechamber very dark. I guess they wanted it to be mysterious, but went a wee bit overboard! The game is very visually pleasing and the soundtrack enhances the experience. This game was done by 2 students for their Bachelor's Degree. They did a terrific job and everything flowed well except the glitch I encountered at the end. I hope they passed with honours! 8/10. Oh...there are no achievements for this game and I wasn't able to take screenshots.
the most anticipated game of 2021, a modern classic
Sehr schönes Spiel, man merkt das viel Arbeit reingeflossen ist! :)
Very cool
Schöne Grafik und entspanntes Gameplay. Kurz aber gut :D
It's a short game mechanically revolves around solving a few puzzles. The concept is good and it's not overbearing on it's core message. It's visually pleasing to say nothing of its fantastic use of it's various great sound tracks.
