Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 10.57/day in the week to Aug 22 → 17/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I first heard about this game a few years ago when it launched, but I only had the chance to play it now. And what a game. The concept is simple: you blink in real life, and time progresses in the game. This unique mechanic makes the game accessible to almost everyone. At first, it feels fresh and innovative. The fact that it can accurately detect your blinks and turn them into in-game actions is surprisingly satisfying. In the beginning, you'll probably have a lot of fun with the mechanic. But as the story unfolds, you'll find yourself trying not to blink anymore. Here's why: every blink moves the story forward, meaning you might miss important moments or bits of lore. That said, the game is quite slow-paced, and blinking is essentially the only gameplay mechanic. It doesn't become much more engaging mechanically, so you'll need to enjoy the story to stay invested. I only encountered one bug where the interaction options suddenly stopped appearing. Reloading the game fixed the issue, and I didn't experience any other problems after that. Getting 100% completion is easy enough. There's nothing particularly difficult, missable, or grindy about it. Overall, Before Your Eyes is a good game. It's short, but it's a memorable experience. The graphics are simple, the voice acting is decent, and the story can be genuinely emotional if it resonates with you. If you enjoy short indie games with unique mechanics and a strong narrative, give this one a try, you'll probably love it.
it is so beautiful
BEST GAME EVER
i am very good at staring contests. my eyes were so dry by the end of it. on an unrelated note, this game also made me cry. i really liked the plot twist, and the plot was thematically resonant. definitely worth playing.
A sweet story, but if you wear glasses, the blinking mechanic doesn't work too well. I recalibrated several times and could never get it quite right. I recommend buying it on sale, not for the $10 base price.
Excellent.
GENIUS GAME Extremely unique experience, story and artwork is beatiful and works sooo well with the gameplay mechanic. Also the soundtrack is really captivating and gets you into the flow of the story really well. Voice acting is also great. ♥♥♥♥♥♥ Heartbreaking Only negativ: I love playing dont blink with friends, cause im goated like that and win, but.. Staring at a monitor for around 2hours trying not to blink for the most part, and I almost "maxed out" every scene without blinking once, but damn I think my eyes hurt now lol. Would I change the gameplay mechanic ? HELL NO? Would I sharpen it a bit to make it not just easier but also safer for the eyes ? yes. I honestly think this gotta be like unhealthy. I remember when I was a kid, playstation games used to give warnings that after like x hours that you "need" to take a break. This game just doesnt care. The story was really really sad too, but I feelt like my retina has been dried out and burned so bad that I couldnt even have cried if I wanted to lol. 9.7/10 experience tho
