this game made my peepee soft, but that bear was pretty sicc, not gonna lie

Bear Adventures is a difficult platforming game where you play as a cool bear who collects floating jars of honey. There is not much variety here. The dark levels are hard with the maintaining of the torch but otherwise just more of the same. Graphically the game is crisp and well refined, but it's just too basic and unengaging to keep playing. The game is kind of presented to you in a level goal oriented way that reminds me of a mobile game. The charge jumping is clunky and awkward. This game is meant to be played at fast speeds but the charging to jump higher kind of voids that idea. The jumping altogether is rather clunky. Some of the graphical boxes of trees were weird, just pimp walking in the air over a tree is casual good fun for a bear. Ok. It could be a decent game if there was more thought put into the platforming and jumping mechanics. It feels like a 99 cent game. So I guess the bar has been achieved. The game is difficult but not for the reasons I wish they were difficult. The game has hidden walls and the awkward trees that you have to jump over or chop down. Wouldn’t a bear just walk around it? This game might be engaging to a young kid and considering the price, it's not a half bad way to spend a dollar to get 30 mins of entertainment out of it before uninstalling it. It won't be on my hard drive tomorrow. This game is pure meme in my eyes and still challenging. This to me is video game design high school art project quality. It has good ideas, design, and graphics but the gameplay is fairly deflated with the overall clunky controls and weak gameplay. The only engaging part about the game is just not dying for some stupid reason, probably related to the jumping mechanism. Not forgiving and not rewarding to play, other than to get to the end of a level. The bear is cool like the only other review said and I relate to them wholeheartedly otherwise. I misread the title: Beer Adventures... Damn, bad buy.

Um jogo de plataforma 3D desafiador (se estiver jogando solo). A ambientação e arte são bem agradáveis, alguns levels me remetem a outros jogos de plataforma que já joguei e gostei bastante disso, porém o sistema de save no modo online é bem frustrante... Se você pega um checkpoint em certo ponto e seu amigo não, o jogo teleporta o outro jogador para onde você está caso ele morra, assim facilitando demais o progresso e deixando o jogo sem desafio ou recompensa por vitória. No geral, aprecio o esforço do dev e vejo mais pontos positivos do que negativos.

I am a Bear Game Enthusiast but unfortunately this game is just too rough to have fun with - it's not funny bad, it's just bad. Game is stylized on Crash Bandicoot, you collect honey from crates, you avoid obstacles etc. so the idea is good. Unfortunately, apart from the one good thing about it (you play as a polar bear that wears sunglasses and dances when you don't do anything) the rest is pretty bad. It has very questionable hitboxes, weird camera angles and most obstacles are on a very long cycle (lasting 8 sec or so); sometimes it happened that two obstacles that used to be synchronized suddenly stopped being synced, so the cycle changed completely, making it ridiculously hard to avoid death? It felt like studying cycles was pointless and you should just hope that it's going to work. Moreover, later in the game you encounter random enemies pushing you into obstacles, so basically you need to hope they don't spawn in certain places in order to survive. Also, don't play this game if you have arachnophobia. Be The Bear, but in a different game.

Это могла быть нормальная игра. Но с первой же минуты ты понимаешь, что физика вышла из чата.. Пришлось вернуть.

Also, die ersten drei Level sind (Bären)kinderleicht. Jedoch ab dem 4 Level wurde dieses Spiel Bärenschwer. Ich kann dieses Spiel jedem empfehlen der gerne nach einem harten Arbeitstag Seppuku (Ehrenselbstmord) begehen will. Zusätlich ist mir die Musik von Anfang an übelst krass auf den Hodensack gegangen. Die Grafik ist jedoch sehr gut und man kann sich darüber eher weniger beschweren. Die Bären, vor Allem auch im Coop - Modus sind ultimativ fresh. Fazit: Müsst ihr wissen.
