A cute game being a school project makes me want to review it in a teacher's style with proper feedback. So here goes: a platformer which is a nice throwback to those classic games from the 90s like Gex or Mario 3D. The controls are solid and that's a big plus in a platformer. The world is colourful and vibrant so could appeal to the little ones. Although small in size, the particular areas had the distinctive style. The challenges utilizing the game's mechanics were well balanced. The main character was suprisingly detailed and had good visual aids like colour change signalling double jump availability and of course the essential shadow beneath him. The collectibles' graphics could have been more polished, though. The only minus I have noticed is the music and sounds. I'm a guitar fan myself but the music theme does not correlate with the style and the looks of the game (a ukulele may have been a better choice). The music gets tiring too fast and its tempo makes the stressful tension creep up. The sounds were taken from public libraries naturally but they could have been better as they sometimes feel gritty and unpolished. The volume was also not well adjusted so I had to play with audio settings. Overall, a round of applause for the young creator and I wish you success in the field. We need more good games :-) P.s. funny, prolly unintended, trick at the end of the game that I could not quit the app while using the controller as the cursor for the mouse appears. The game's too good to quit, I see what you did there :P

Impressive for a student game!
great game feels and looks like super mario 64 but very short... TOO SHORT!!!
Joguei por recomendação de um amigo meu, gostei bastante, e foi divertido ir atrás das conquistas, joguinho bem bom mesmo, recomendo.
This game is super cool!
Love the game the only bad thing about it is that there only like half an hour of it and I want more
a fun day at the beach
went a little insane to 100% but its peak
Amazing platformer where you play as a cube with a red cap. In the sequel, do you think they will introduce a character where you play as the younger brother of the cube, except he has a green cap, is taller, and can jump higher?
Have you ever wanted to play a cute, streamlined and FREE bite sized version of Super Mario Sunshine? Welcome to Beach Island. Incredibly smooth and impressively designed and while a part of me wishes it was longer because of how well made it is, it's perfect and I know that more would've only risked bloating this beautiful game.
