Beach Island Deluxe

Was a fun little game. Provided a bit of a challenge to do 100%. It reminded me vibes of Rayman/OG Nintendo 3D Mario. Camera movement was a bit too stiff and there was a teeny tiny input latency. Other than that I enjoyed it overall. Good luck in your carreer Kevin Ethridge.

this was an awesome game loved the feel of a 90's platformer but a camera that actually works controls were great music is okay graphics a little out dated but i think they were supposed to be great job

I have nothing bad to say at all, it was a fun time, pretty goofy, I got all the achievements, and it was a fun time just trying a new game for a bit! It's free and short so nothing wrong with giving it a try. As someone who wants to make games, I thought this was really cool, I hope the creator is proud!

Genuinely, such a great bite sized adventure of what makes 3D platform collecting so fun. It's not very hard, and a lot of the collectables are hinted at thru their names and often can be gotten just by exploring the world. I really wish we got a boss or something else for 100% completion because it really felt like it was just missing that amount of content to really push it over the edge in terms of a truly small scope 3D platformer. If you're a fan of 3D Mario games or Banjo Kazooie you are going to have a great time with Beach Island Deluxe. It has attitude in all the right places, a nice soundtrack, good physics for platforming, and a great showcase of collectables through actions. Plus the little dude wears sunglasses, SO YOU KNOW THEIR COOL!
