This was more addictive than i expected, its not bad especially for free. The below appears to be fixed within 24 hours, great response [strike] One issue i found however is at 2560 x 1080 the game is virtually unplayable as the pipe is closer to the floor and the balls are bigger. i spent like 40 mins trying to do the 5 min challenge, thought id change the resolution to 1920 x 1080 and its very different and i walked the 5 min challenge in my first attempt[/strike]
Only the BEST PLAYERS Play this Game. Easy to complete with achievements. The DEV of this game offers for free, so that players WIN 100% losing even once, there are no speed changes and the precision of the balls colors allows you to always advance. Try it, it's for you. Download. ;D
Bavity is an unusual twist on the match-3 genre. It's a minimalist 2D mobile app tier game where balls drop from the sky (either from a tube in the classic mode, or all over in the "pro" mode). The goal is to see how high you can score, and points are awarded for clicking on 3 or more matching colour balls that are touching (there's the match-3 part). You don't really get any control over which colour balls drop where, so there's not much skill involved, less than even games like Tetris. Sure, it's a novel idea, but this really does feel like a mobile app or a browser game, and doesn't have much to offer to enthusiast PC gamers. The game is completely free. Nothing speaks more to a developers belief in themselves and their product than making their game available for everyone without remuneration. This is certainly a gesture that shows dedication to the gaming industry. It's a shame in this case that the implementation is below the minimum standards a dedicated PC game should offer to enthusiasts. There's no "maybe" option in Steam, unfortunately. I think it might have been better if this game was launched on the mobile app stores where it could find an appropriate target audience, and the developer could even get paid for their work through ad impressions or something.
You can get all the achievements in under an hour! Relaxing game, especially in a rainy day
This is a cool concept. It looks kind of cool, and it sounds cool. But it isn't challenging. As it stands, it's more like an art project than a game, which is probably why it's free of charge. Hopefully somebody will think of a way to add more of a strategy element someday.
