it is false advertising currently none of the screen shots are up to date and the page is out of date it does not show its most recent game play due to reasons I do not know of its actually now 3D and boring as heck compared to the gameplay I saw on the store page

Relaxing and frustrating, Relaxing in the first few minutes but as time goes on the game starts lagging and bullets start going through enemies body. TeamNova please fix.
The product on the page isn't even the actual game, lmfao.
Battle Party - игра на выживание сверху вниз в мире апокалипсиса. +1 идеальная игра.
Warning: Asset Flip! BattleParty is an asset flip, or what Valve calls a "Fake Game". The "developer" paid for/pirated someone else's example/template/tutorial game, changed the name/reskinned a couple of things, and submitted it to Valve as if it was their own game.
The developer ripped off a Synty low poly asset pack and dumped it lazily on a top down shooter blueprint for Unity... it's a minimum viable product, a cash grab (although structured differently, here, you need to buy DLC to unlock weapons). It's also a bug riddled mess, but asset flippers really don't care about quality, testing, etc. Their primary goal is to get their stolen assets shoved through Steam Direct and start collecting money. I know, you may say, "But the screenshots look nothing like a Synty asset pack"! Well, you're right... because the screenshots don't reflect what the game looks like. If you don't believe me, the initial part of this asset flip is "free" so feel free to download it and look at the Synty asset pack yourself. An interesting bit of trivia about the Unity Asset Store is that asset flip publications of the assets is in fact in breach of the Standard Unity Store EULA. Specifically, this asset is in breach of the agreement under Appendix 1, Section 2, Subsection 2, that says the "developer" may only "incorporate the Asset, together with substantial, original content not obtained through the Unity Asset Store, into an electronic application or digital media that has a purpose, features, and functions beyond the display, performance, distribution, or use of Assets ("Licensed Product") as an embedded component of that Licensed Product, such that the Asset does not comprise a substantial portion of the Licensed Product". Since this "game" contains no content other than the asset pack itself, it's in breach. Taking this shovelware seriously as if it was a genuine attempt to make a game, it doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. There's no option to change the resolution and no useful graphics tweaks. There's no way to ensure this is running at the native resolution of your display. There's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. The game features lazy low-polygon "retro" assets, making this look like a barely functional 3D game from the 1990s. It's unclear why the developers weren't able to arrange high quality, high polygon count contemporary assets for the game, and also irrelevant... what matters is that this looks bad as a result of their decisions, a compromise PC gamers shouldn't have to put up with. The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for differently-abled gamers, left handed gamers or gamers using AZERTY or other international keyboard layouts. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. This kind of asset flipping isn't harmless. It makes it harder for gamers to find genuinely made games from ethical developers. It makes it harder for genuine indie developers, who put hard work into trying to make real games, to find an audience for their products. It gives indie developers a bad name. So, should you download this asset flip? Is this better than any of the 110,000+ genuinely made games on Steam? Of course not! The game isn't really free as the developers have paywalled content behind DLC, and you're expected to fork over money for access to unlock all the weapons in the game.
