Best game 2017 10/10 5 STARS!!
I've only played 30 minutes of this game and I already love it, Love the polygon style, Dynamic lighting, and over the top physics, Just 2 minor cons(which will probably be fixed,EARLY ACCESS and all that); The game freezes if you pause it with the 360 controller, I wish you could trigger the Wand of Bombings markings for maximum effectiveness/safety, Everything else is really fun and for a low price, Good just to pick up and play Also, I'm a huge sucker for puns XD
Barbara-Ian was in my wishlist for quite some time. I would check the store pages at regular interval and watch the trailer. It always got me to watch it 'til the end, and every time I laughed out loud. After this same scenario had happened over 10 times, I just decided that if a trailer makes me so happy and to laugh out loud, I just had to buy the game. I mean, isn't Barbara-Ian right in the trailer? "It's HD ready, already." "If you don't like it it'll get better anyway 'cause it's on early access or something... And c'mon just get it on there... And get it going... And then BOOM" You really can't argue against her arguments! At least for 5.99€ (tip: it's 3.99€ in another retailer and part of your money goes to charity, you never guess who I mean)
15 minutes in and I love this game already. It's like the lovechild of Gauntlet and Golden Axe that I wish my Sega Saturn had. Also, and this is the first time that I think I have ever been able to truly say this about a game, Carl Orff is rolling over in his grave......with giggles probably. Great stuff.
An excellent hack'n'slash game- enfuriating, exciting and adrenaline- pumping randomly generated indie action that'll keep you hooked just so you can try amd beat it so you can say "screw you" to the developers for making such a tricky game :)
