the game looks ok but theres no way to save your progress so you have to restart the game and start again
This game isn’t quite what I expected – it’s much more basic than anticipated. I was hoping for more hands-on baking, but that part seems to be missing.
"Bakery Shop Simulator" is another low key asset flip. This is just a collection of mismatched (probably store-bought or free stock) assets thrown together to form a basic, shallow experience... more designed for the sake of an amateur developer being able to call themselves a "game developer" thanks to Steam Direct and stock assets than a product designed for gamers. For that reason it's obviously not going to provide a decent gaming experience. The developer assembled a very basic tycoon/shopkeeper game with a bakery theme... note, you don't do any actual baking or anything, it's just making and filling orders while the guy in the back that you don't control does the work. It's tedious, mobile app tier stuff. This game is essentially a bunch of other people's stock assets rearranged and kitbashed into a "game", so with those "borrowed" assets, at first glance it looks okay. But there's much more to a game than the appearance that other people's game assets can provide. When developers aren't capable of doing their job and creating high quality assets, it's also true they can't do any of the rest of the job of a game developer either, and it shows here. Taking this shovelware seriously as if it was a genuine attempt to make a game, it doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. The game assets are fairly mediocre/low quality which fits with the idea they weren't developed by the game creator... they look like they're "just reasonable enough" to go on sale as part of an asset pack. The issue of asset flipping aside, ultimately the quality of these assets is low and low quality always makes for a less than optimal gaming experience. The game assets, such as they are, are much higher than the general quality of the game and it seems apparent the developer has just plagiarised/kitbashed them. Stock assets are just there to be used as placeholders while the developer creates their own assets for their games, but what happens far more often is lazy/unethical developers just throw a bunch of other peoples assets into a blender and put their own name on the horrible Frankenstein's Monster that results. Like this mess. Those technical flaws drag this game well below the minimum quality standards expected of a modern PC game. This kind of asset flipping isn't harmless. It makes it harder for gamers to find genuinely made games from ethical developers. It makes it harder for genuine indie developers, who put hard work into trying to make real games, to find an audience for their products. It gives indie developers a bad name. Let's talk about price and what this asset flip is actually worth. Is this significantly better than any of the 140,000+ genuinely made games on Steam? Of course not! Bakery Shop Simulator had the farcical price of $20 USD, but thankfully the developer removed it when it became apparent this was just a scam. If you can get a key for this from anywhere, well, don't.

this game is graet and a good pastime. but, its honestly a really low quality game and the mechanics are annoying. 3.5\5
I would not recommend this game unless you are looking to work and actual bakery cashiers job, because that is what this game is. You stand in little square, tell baker what you need single item at time (takes full ingame hour to cook 1 tray of product to produce 2-3 product). once an item is boxed there is no way to tell what the boxes hold unless you actually cursor over each box. I mean if this is supposed to simulate an actual bakery, my grocery store has a small 1 oven bakery in it and they cook stuff in larger batches than this game does. If you want to stress your self out because you feel like you are failing customers when you can't get stuff produced fast enough just go get a real job.
Jeu en qwerty, impossible de mettre en azerty, une journée qui ne finit pas, impossible de vendre un certains type de pain à cause d'un bug en bref ne perdez pas votre temps
I received the game as a gift from a friend. The end of the story is that I now have one less friend.
This game is just way to basic. I got it for 1.95 and still find that to expensive. It's just sitting behind the counter, ordering bakes from your baker. Place them on the counter, help the customer that mostly ask for the bakes you don't have. Yeah, no ! This game is not worth it :(
eu gostei do jogo porque tem uma fizica muito realista
Unfortunately not worth the money, I hoped there was more to it but when you have bought everything in game, it's not exciting anymore, just repeat, repeat, repeat.
