Game mechanics are smooth, the story is unique and innovative. Must try for anyone looking for an interesting puzzle game. Also, a great game to be played on steam deck.
Cool game with really awesome sound design, definitely a slower paced platformer/puzzler for sure. The puzzles can get a bit repetitive at times but the ambiance of the game is top-notch. I don't speak Arabic but I would definitely play on the Arabic dub for a more original experience
The game is good, but honestly it could use more QOL improvements overall. I played on mouse and keyboard… or let’s say keyboard only, because the mouse was basically just watching me play. Most of the game you move with WASD while holding Space, and since you do that for like 75% of the game, my hand started going numb halfway through. Still, the idea is fun and the game has potential. Just improving the controls and making the gameplay a bit more comfortable would help a lot.
The audio and visuals combine to make a downright soothing experience. The puzzles & mechanics started off easy but soon had me feeling cozy AND invested.
Bahamut and the Waqwaq tree is a beautifully crafted journey that resonates far beyond its screen time. The game blends fluid movement and an elegant tracing mechanic that feels both intuitive and inventive, allowing players to solve puzzles and traverse the world in a way that’s deeply satisfying. It carves a unique path in the genre, far from what Aquaria offered back in 2007, introducing a fresh and immersive perspective. The visuals are radiant and bursting with color, enhancing the sense of wonder at every turn, while the soundtrack pulls you in with emotional depth and atmosphere. Though the experience is relatively short, it’s so captivating that you find yourself completely absorbed, leaving the game feels like returning from a voyage through an unseen mythology. It’s a poetic dive into a fantastical Arabesque realm, full of hidden stories, forgotten gods, and shimmering beauty. Truly a gem that doesn’t just entertain, but transports, leaving a lasting impression long after the credits roll
Really cool game! I loved it — the art style is beautiful, and the environment feels unique and atmospheric. The puzzles are fun and engaging, and I think a bit more difficulty would make solving them even more rewarding. It would also be great if there was some light combat or simple action elements to add more variety to the gameplay. Sometimes I felt a bit lost in the environment, so having clearer signs or even a mini map would help with navigation. Overall, it’s a very creative and enjoyable game, and I’m excited to see how it evolves in the future!
This game is simple, from gameplay to story which interwinted each other. Bahamut and the Waq waq tree only gives u a story and lore if it's connect to their gameplay mechanic, which is nice and easy to digest. The environemtn and surrounding plays a lot for how you will solve the puzzles in this game, not complicated but still challenging especially for the end game. What lack in this game are the consistency of the storytelling, and sometimes the environmental storytelling in some ares did a bad justice for what the Creator really want to communicate with us.
