Follow our Curator Group for more reviews
BadBee is a casual arcade game in which you try to collect all the honey in the level while avoiding the guards. It doesn’t have any stealth mechanics related to the guards, you just can’t let them bump into you. Their AI seems to be random pathing rather than a seeking algorithm, but I could be wrong. Unfortunately, this is the entirety of the game mechanics. It is an extremely simple game that lacks interesting elements. The visuals are fairly generic, but aren’t the worst. They give it a mobile game feel, but it fits with the gameplay. There is one substantial issue where the foreground grass covers part of the game board, forcing you to randomly walk in that area until you find the honey. The game is too short and repetitive to be an enjoyable experience. It might appeal to players looking for a casual mobile game, but there are better options you can play for free. 2/10
Visit our website for more in-depth reviews and recommendations
The game is very cool and basic. but there are some stuff to improve like the long loading time. A button to enter the exit door would be nice because when i want to collect all the honey I keep forgetting to not go to the exit and i have to restart the entire level, also the grass decoration seems to cover some of the honey which makes it a bit confusing (just some feedback)
BadBee, comes from an indie developer. Not a bad game for casual type of game. For me personally I got an early popcap games vibe from this which really reminds me of my childhood. Sometimes I got confused when grass covered the honey (i don't know if it's intentional or not to makes it more harder). It's an early access game anyway, I hope it'll improved to its best. 7/10
Indonesian indie developer Arthavan Studio and publisher Bayam Software are excited to announce the upcoming launch of their Android game, BadBee, to Steam on July 24, 2020. BadBee is a casual arcade game, in which your task is to collect the maximum number of honey pots on the level, coins, find the Key and exit door, then escape from a level full of traps and guards. It's simple to pick up and easy to play in short bursts, making it a good to play on breaks. If you're a fan of short and simple games, you're in for a treat.
You can play this game while find matchmaking another game take it too long
If you are looking for a quick game for your spare few mins here and there, this game will suit you perfectly.
the game is interesting, using the player's strategy, collecting honey to enjoy yourself lol. there is a leaderboard ranking system, where players can later compete on honey collection
It's a casual game, a bit addicting and suitable for everyone. Graphic is not too bad and the sound effect is decent. The game gives a mobile game feeling or maybe it's just me? I'm not sure. But there is one feedback that might be considered by the developer since some people already asking for it. The grass and stone decoration is better to put as background rather than covering up the play area. It's confusing sometimes and it gets annoying if you play long enough. Also please add steam achievement, because I believe there's lots of people will buy this game it has achievement lol.
