Nice little simple strategy game. I used to play this on my phone all the time when i was just waiting around for something. Good amount of levels and different map conditions. Some RNG is involved, but its much more strategy.
One of the best flat strategy games I have every played. I have spent dozens of hours playing on my phone back in the early 2010's.

This is one of my all-time favorite games. Devious, VERY devious. Deceptively simple, so don't let it lull you into beating yourself... It's incredibly relaxing to play. Until it isn't. Well, relaxing on the easier ones. Play the harder ones, may as well just shave your head so you don't pull all your hair out, LMAO! I actually own 1 and 2, and have it on Google Play and here.
I love the very simplistic core concept of the game, but the unfair level design ruins it for me. Most levels puts you in severe disadvantage, either it be your starting position, poorly positioned planets, more than 1 AI or all of the above. Fighting more than 1 AI doesn't feel like a fair fight. Sure, they do attack each other, but I got a feeling that they rather prefer attacking the player. Too much of the playtime is just an endless tug of war, back and forth, between you and the other AIs. Also, beware that the game is no longer maintained by the devs. Last update was back in September 2016.
Yep, I definitely recommend this game. I played and beat all the levels on the 1st game on Mobile and I needed more. Well, what do ya know, there's a PC sequel! I am currently streaming my entire playthrough of this game on my twitch and uploading the VODs to my Youtube channel. Im not sure if its against the rules to post my URL but you can find me if you wanted. There are certainly some challenging levels in this game. I love how each constellation has a unique "theme" or special ability, however you want to describe it. I have had no crashes or any issues playing the game. Smooth as butter and highly recommend! Check out my playthrough if you're struggling (although there are great vids on youtube for all levels if you're stuck, like I was at times). Good luck and have fun!
