I think this game is very good and interesting. I really like games like this. I had run this game with compatibility mode with Windows XP, because was an error with graphic mode.
And in polish language I can say:
To bardzo dobra gra i nie rozumiem dlaczego ją tak źle oceniacie. Już drugi poziom jest trudny, ale jestem niedzielnym graczem, więc daleko mi do bycia mistrzem w jakiejkolwiek grze.

If you have a monitor higher than 1080p, overscan/DPI issues combined with the fixed fullscreen/fixed low resolution of this game prevents the screen displaying properly so you can't progress past the language selection screen.
If you own a modern PC, chances are this game will not be playable for you. Developers should have been aware of this and should have fixed the issue or removed the game from Steam. But here it is, and so here is my thumbs down.
