About
A melancholic, quiet place where you came for one main purpose. . .
To play the arcades.
But the games will not let you get the victory so easily. You can lose yourself playing over and over, trying to prove that you are better while ignoring the passing time. Or you can take a walk, step away from the games, and listen to your thoughts as paranoia slowly takes over.

Arkada -
Play as a character interacting with the world most familiar to our

Illusionist -
You play as a spirit orb encumbered in a forest. The creature watches you and bends the entire forest to make you perish. Dodge the forest’s grasp and keep hitting the creature to calm the forest.

Pirate Queen -
Find which weapon is your favorite. Blast through hordes of enemies, collect fallen coins, and move through tight gaps as they close in on you. Find the legendary cave and claim the forsaken power. Don’t let them hit you. . . simple.

Glory -
Race and drift against time on the roads, almost always at the maximum possible speed. And DO NOT STOP, neither willingly nor accidentally, otherwise you won't keep yourself alive.

A nice nostalgic tone, mixed with an eerie sense of impending doom. Or maybe that's just the content warnings getting to me. The writing takes me out of it a little bit, with some of it feeling out of place. I have yet to get a high score on any of the arcade machines, and I'm not sure I ever will because they're really tough. I feel like for arcade games they're pretty well designed, with a good amount of complexity to allow for accumulating mastery. With the snake variant, I like that you can press twice on a direction to go faster, feels really good to have as a last ditch dodging option. Game is maybe a bit pricey for what it is (an a weird price for me too, 8.40 USD?) Would recommend if it ever goes on sale for 5$ or under if you like arcade collections, though.
