For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Arena of Trials is a fast-paced first-person survival arena game developed and published by Bell Studio that centers entirely around endurance, combat efficiency, and surviving relentless enemy assaults across dangerous environments. Built around a wave-based structure with light RPG progression systems, the game throws players into isolated combat arenas where the only objective is to stay alive against increasingly overwhelming odds. Instead of relying on story-driven progression or open-world exploration, Arena of Trials focuses purely on action, mobility, and constant battlefield pressure. The result is a straightforward but surprisingly entertaining survival experience that succeeds through its intense pacing, escalating chaos, and satisfying sense of progression during extended combat runs. One of the game’s strongest qualities is how quickly it establishes tension. Arena of Trials wastes almost no time before placing players directly into combat situations where enemies attack aggressively from multiple directions. There are no lengthy tutorials, slow introductions, or cinematic story sequences interrupting the pace. From the very beginning, the game makes it clear that survival depends entirely on movement, awareness, and efficient use of abilities. This immediate focus on gameplay works in the game’s favor because its greatest strength lies in the constant pressure created by endless enemy waves. Players are rarely allowed to relax once combat begins, and that nonstop intensity becomes one of the defining characteristics of the experience. The core survival loop is simple but highly effective. Players enter arenas, fight through enemy waves, unlock upgrades and abilities, and attempt to survive longer against increasingly dangerous threats. Early waves are manageable enough to allow experimentation with movement and combat mechanics, but the difficulty steadily escalates as enemy numbers increase and stronger opponents begin appearing more frequently. Later waves become chaotic survival tests where players are forced to balance offense, positioning, and defensive movement simultaneously while enemies close in from every side. This steady escalation creates a satisfying sense of momentum because each successful wave feels like overcoming a genuine challenge rather than simply grinding through repetitive combat encounters. Combat itself is relatively straightforward but enjoyable enough to support the survival-focused structure. Players use magical weapons and special abilities to eliminate enemies while constantly repositioning to avoid being overwhelmed. Different combat options encourage varied playstyles, allowing players to experiment with approaches focused on crowd control, burst damage, defensive survival, or mobility. Some abilities are designed to clear large groups quickly, while others provide tactical advantages during more dangerous encounters where survival becomes the priority. Although the mechanics are not especially deep compared to larger action RPGs or survival shooters, they remain responsive and satisfying enough to make combat consistently engaging. Movement becomes increasingly important as enemy pressure intensifies. Arena of Trials heavily rewards players who stay mobile and maintain awareness of the battlefield at all times. Standing still for too long almost always leads to disaster during advanced waves, forcing players to constantly circle enemies, escape dangerous positions, and search for temporary openings to counterattack. The game creates some of its best moments during these overwhelming situations where survival seems impossible until players narrowly escape through precise movement and careful ability timing. These chaotic encounters generate genuine excitement because success often depends on split-second decisions made under extreme pressure. The environmental variety also helps keep progression visually interesting. Arena of Trials features several different biomes, including frozen wastelands, desert regions, and other hostile environments that each create their own atmosphere during combat. While the arenas themselves are relatively compact, the visual changes between locations help prevent the game from feeling completely repetitive during longer sessions. Some environments encourage more open movement, while others create tighter combat spaces where enemy pressure feels significantly more intense. The different settings also help reinforce the feeling that players are enduring dangerous survival trials across increasingly hostile regions rather than fighting endlessly inside identical arenas. One of the game’s more enjoyable aspects is the constant feeling of escalation during successful runs. Enemy numbers grow steadily, attack patterns become more aggressive, and the battlefield gradually transforms into complete chaos filled with projectiles, enemies, and overlapping threats. The game does a good job of creating that satisfying survival-game tension where players constantly feel only seconds away from defeat. Every additional wave survived feels meaningful because the pressure increases consistently enough that victory never feels guaranteed. This structure keeps the gameplay engaging even when the mechanics themselves remain relatively simple. The progression systems, while fairly lightweight, provide enough long-term motivation to encourage repeated play. Players gradually unlock new abilities, experiment with different combat approaches, and improve their overall survival efficiency through practice and progression. The RPG elements are not especially deep, but they add enough customization to make repeated runs feel worthwhile. Finding ability combinations that complement a preferred playstyle becomes part of the fun, especially for players who enjoy experimenting with survival builds and optimizing combat strategies over time. Visually, Arena of Trials adopts a clean and readable 3D art style that prioritizes gameplay clarity over graphical realism. The environments are relatively simple, but enemy attacks, magical effects, and movement spaces remain easy to identify even during extremely chaotic combat sequences. This readability is important because the game constantly pushes players into situations where quick reactions determine survival. The graphical presentation clearly reflects the smaller indie scale of the project, but the focus on visual clarity helps support the fast-paced gameplay effectively. Combat effects are flashy enough to feel satisfying without becoming visually overwhelming during large enemy waves. Arena of Trials is ultimately a solid and enjoyable indie survival arena game that combines fast-paced wave combat, light progression systems, and escalating enemy chaos into an entertaining arcade-style experience. While repetitive structure, limited narrative depth, and relatively simple mechanics prevent it from reaching the complexity of larger survival action titles, the game’s intense pacing and satisfying survival gameplay still make it a worthwhile experience for players who enjoy endurance-focused combat and fast-moving arena action. For fans of wave survival games built around mobility, pressure, and persistence, Arena of Trials delivers a consistently engaging challenge that thrives on chaos and survival mastery. Rating: 7/10

Warning: Asset Flip!
Arena of Trials is an asset flip, what Valve calls a "fake game". The "developer", Bell Studio, took a template from Unity, slapped a couple of asset flipped sprites on it, and dumped the results onto Steam as a cash grab scam. Bell Studio has shown a repeated pattern of ripping off Unity templates and dumping them on Steam. Don't believe me? Here's some other asset flips from exactly the same template (the FPS Microgame template combined with a bunch of other stolen/plagiarised Unity Asset Store assets), all shamelessly dumped on Steam as nasty cash grabs:

"Book of Spells"
"Book of Spells 2"
"Dungeon & Adventure"
"Forest Curse"
"Magic Force"
"Magic Ring"
"Magic Runes"
Look for yourself... these are all exactly the same game! This unethical behaviour should be no surprise, as Bell Studio are known asset flippers who've previously taken the work of real developers, changed the name and put their own name on it, so they can sell it on Steam and try to scam gamers and get paid for someone else's work. Take a look at this:

"Book of Shadows" = Polygon Western - Low Poly 3D Art Pack developed by Synty Studios
"Deadly Threat" = POLYGON Dungeons - Low Poly 3D Art by Synty developed by Synty Studios
"Driver Night Trip" = POLYGON - Construction Pack developed by Synty Studios
"Fast Wings" = Sky Flight Full Game Template developed by Puppeteer
"Little Adventure" = AB1 - Fantasy Platformer bundle developed by Yoyogames
"Little Adventure 2" = AB1 - Fantasy Platformer bundle developed by Yoyogames
"Mighty Vikings" = Polygon Vikings Pack developed by Synty Games
"Play a game with me" = Synty Studios developed by Polygon Prototype Pack
"Traffic Racing" = Traffic Racing complete kit developed by Codeer Studio
"Fog Racing Circuit" = Pro Car Racing 2 developed by MilySource
It's worth noting this guy has over a dozen fake/shell accounts he uses to try hide his identity and further mislead gamers into buying these fake products with fake reviews. Here's some:

Bell Studio
BHPG
Daniel Li
Enoops
FadyGames
Hardi
Infinity Code
Johan Games
Joi Max
Jony Dev
Lieb
LocalJamStudio
Louie Inc
Mikki-Boi
Nikita Morti
TNT Studio
And we're sure he'll keep adding more shell accounts to continue to run these fake game scams. The products that result from asset flips aren't "real" games. They lack depth and content, because they're just simplistic copies of demos or tutorials. In this case, "Arena of Trials" is just a basic Unity FPS game blueprint filled out with a bunch of stolen game assets including a "magic staff" asset, and doesn't have any merit as a proper, fully fledged PC game, so this copy+paste of it can't be recommended. Asset flips don't involve any professional game development. Sure, sometimes they may change a few cosmetic things, swap out different assets etc, but at heart it's functionally identical to the asset they're ripping off. Asset flips are an insult to both PC gamers and to professional game developers who create genuine, high quality PC games. Asset flips like this are harmful to the gaming industry and to Steam because they reduce the visibility that sincerely made indie games should have. They make it harder for gamers to find genuine games made by honest developers. To cement the position of this asset flip as nothing but a cash grab, it was dumped onto cheap DailyIndieGame shovelware bundles very shortly after launch. Don't reward this morally bankrupt, unethical behaviour from Bell Studio. Because this is just a fake game/cash grab scam, and due to the sheer unethical nature of the developer, you should avoid this completely. Let's talk about price and the value this represents for us gamers. Should you buy this game? Is it among the best the Steam catalogue has to offer? Arena of Trials has the preposterous price of around $6 USD, it's not worth it given the defects and shortcomings with the product, especially considering the unethical nature of the developer. For comparison, the $6 asking price for this game could get you games like "Final Fantasy XIV Online", "Assassin's Creed: Odyssey" or "Ghostrunner". Quality, professionally made games like those are frequently on sale cheaper than this. The poor quality of this game is reflected by how many people spent time with it. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 2 players. This is a remarkably low number, and now, the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 130 million gamers on Steam and well over 140,000 games for gamers to choose from, the overwhelming lack of interest in this low quality game is to be expected. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, and the questionable ethical nature of the developer and/or their associates (as outlined above), this is impossible to recommend. Because this is just a fake game/cash grab scam, and due to the sheer unethical nature of the developer, you should avoid this completely. Don't reward this morally bankrupt, unethical behaviour from Bell Studio.
Profile Features Limited! Valve have marked this game as "Profile Features Limited" at the time of this review. This is usually caused by poor sales figures and low community acceptance for the game (to date). Until this status changes, this game will not give you +1 to your Game Collector badge count, appear in profile achievements or any other Steam meta-accomplishments, nor can it be displayed in some profile showcases. If these factors are important to you, it may be worth holding off before buying this game.
