An idle/incremental RPG where you're an Archmage of a wizard guild. Your skills bolster the frontlines and the supply lines. Every skill multiplies the others, and it all keeps running while you're away.
Revenue comes from in-game items and microtransactions, which our price-based model doesn't estimate. Copies below reflect the player base, not paid sales.

About
An idle/incremental RPG with deeply interconnected skills. Your skills feed the frontlines: Attunement, Summoning, and Sigilry power your wizards as they fight across an elemental hex map. Your skills feed the supply lines: Research, Runecrafting, Alchemy, Mercantile, and Scavenging keep the resources flowing. And skills you won't find anywhere else, like Chronomancy, Diplomacy, and Appraisal, tie it all together.
Burn Runes in the Runic Cauldron. Train wizards at the Academy. Sell surplus goods on the Bazaar. Collect hundreds of items that fuel both your skilling and your combat. Your guild keeps working while you're offline.

Linux version does not work. The application itself seems to behave weirdly when launched. Its code is either horrific, or it's straight up malware.

Lots of weird complaints about P2W and excessive PC resource usage, which are all absolute bollocks. This game is not P2W and it doesn't use lots of resources. There is NO competitive element to the game, therefore is not P2W. The packs are purely to support the future development and updating of the game and are completely and entirely optional. You don't have to buy them to progress. So ignore everyone crying about it being P2W. It's simply NOT TRUE, ya daft sods. As for causing your PC to overheat and such, utter nonsense and balderdash! I played for quite a few hours, before inevitably becoming bored of the progression (the main reason I can't recommend it) and not once did my PC overheat, slow down or have any negative effects running this game whatsoever. There is something wrong with YOUR systems, not the game itself. I've had it running alongside another two idle games at the same time, while watching YouTube on Chrome. Nothing. So don't believe these stupid reviews claiming this and that. They're simply not true. Now, the reason I don't like it and have given a thumbs down? It just becomes boring after a certain point. It's really as basic as that. I just lost interest. While skills improve their activation speed as they level up, the slowdown is enough to push me away and not feel like continuing. A shame, really. As this feels quite unique and has some interesting mechanics, but the time taken to unlock certain aspects is just too slow. This slightly pushes you towards wanting to purchase the VIP packs, which as I said before are not P2W. The bonuses they provide are not substantial, so it's definitely more geared towards supporting the game than boosting your progress. I'm okay with that. I've seen far worse, that's for sure! Archmage Idle just lost it's initial charm after a while and I highly doubt I would return, to be completely honest. Good for a decent chunk of hours, if you just want something to faff around with while you watch something. I wouldn't invest any longer than what I already have done. Next game...

AI slop idler. Don't waste your time on this ****
I had to see it to believe it. Some were upset about the claims that this game is Pay to win and claimed that is false. In fact it is quite true. Anything that is shut off from every player behind paying money, even storage space or skipping ahead in time, is pay to win. Do better.
P2w features that lock you out of literally training your wizards. Dropped the game once I saw this.
It's been a while since I last played a F2P idle game that doesn't try to squeeze money out of my wallet every few seconds. As for the game itself, it's close to Melvor Idle but with a focus on magic. The game is totally worth a try and deserves to be successful.
At first time its seems like another nice idler. But then you find you have more and more jobs for craft/farm, but only one worker. And gameplay stops looks that addictive, whetever even its is"just an idler".
interesting game but my fans start going crazy when my pc is idle
If the microtransactions weren't so plentiful I would have liked to support this game.
