Players take turns in a race against the clock, utilising an array of spells to defeat their opponents in battle! Victory is accomplished by becoming the 'last man standing' (or last team) after all other players have been reduced to zero hitpoints.

the absolute worst gameing community ive ever been associated with. this games awesome but the people simply suck. i used to play this back when it was on fun orb great game.
Including it's time on funorb, off of steam, and on steam I have nearly 1k hours. I used to love this game. It was a darling childhood experience. They've (the devs) tunneled into the hardcore meta experience so hard that casual is dead. There are no casuals, you cannot find friends, multiplayer is rank with vile people. They broke Armageddon's and never fixed them because who cares right? The new spellbooks are cool but they rebalance so hard around their "meta" that it's miserable. Devs don't take criticism and wont make changes. Cosmetics used to all be unlocked for free but they made it so you HAVE to play ranked to get most of them. Forcing you to play into random hardcore toxic players. Old game 8/10 wonderful worms like alternative Modern game 2/10 practically unplayable to a new player 5/10 with friends.

They got the original IP from Jagex and decided to add their own systems and custom spell books which on its own wouldn't be so bad if they didn't also nerf and mess with the balancing of the original spell books compared to how slightly more OP the custom spell books are. Feels fairly unbalanced and almost unrecognizable from the original game. Might be okay for a new player but this is not the Arcanists you grew to love and for this reason I'd recommend for it to stay dead and live on as a perfect game in our memories.
Game is dead for the most part, fun in short burst if you can find players though. Most of the people you come across will be higher skill level than you and pretty much curb stomp you
..
Fun but no players, sadly. A lot of customization for match rules. Meta slaves keep spamming castles and stalling though.
Awful game riddled with bugs and terrible mods. Nothing like the Jagex original
best game of its kind. not many like it. anyone with a love for strategy and magic would love this game
The mods are gee and have the idea that they all gods chosen people.
amazing game, play it and stream it and show all your friends
