About
In ARC Raiders, gameplay flows between the surface ruled by lethal machines, and the vibrant underground society of Speranza. Craft, repair, and upgrade your gear in the safety of your own workshop, before venturing topside to scavenge the remnants of a devastated but beautiful world. Play solo or in parties up to three, navigating the constant threat of ARC's machines and the unpredictable choices of fellow survivors. In the end, only you decide what kind of Raider you are - and how far you’ll go to prevail.
Explore four distinct maps at launch, with more to be revealed as the underground society evolves and expands its reach. Each destination carries the weight of a world twice-destroyed, and the scars of conflicts both old and new. Sift through the remnants for valuable loot, and piece together the past as it's slowly reclaimed by nature. Evolving map conditions ensure that no two runs are the same, with varying weather, enemies, and mechanics adding unpredictability and danger.
In a society built on boldness and bravado, it is up to you to stake your claim as a Raider. The loot you scavenge can be sold for coin or crafted into all-new gear, allowing you take on increasingly lethal dangers head-on. Through both victories and hardships, you'll gain valuable experience; unlocking varied skills that enable all-new ways of play. In addition, you'll complete quests for Traders with differing motives and agendas; uncovering both the friction and comradery of a community under constant threat of collapse.
Lethal machines known as ARC rule the surface, ranging from unrelenting drone swarms to mechanical giants that obliterate everything in their path. Their origins remain a mystery, but their ever-present danger is felt with every step you take. Each machine comes with distinct strengths and tactics, forcing you to pinpoint their weak spots and constantly think on your feet. And remember: the noise of battle carries. Other Raiders may be listening; eager to claim what you leave behind.
Raiders survive by kitbashing scavenged materials; using long-lost tech and looted ARC parts to craft weapons, gadgets, and gear. Upgrade your workshop stations and learn blueprints to craft even more advanced items, or improvise quick fixes in the field to get yourself out of a bind. As you make a name for yourself, you'll be able to measure your skill against other Raiders by taking on Trials; rising through the leaderboards to earn valuable rewards.
In Speranza, everyone has an agenda, and the Traders are no different. They’ll send you topside on missions in exchange for rewards, slowly revealing more about who they are and what they want for Speranza’s future. Complete quests to earn gear, crafting materials, and XP to level up your Raider and unlock new skill points.
The ARC Raiders skill tree branches into three paths: Survival, Mobility, and Conditioning. Spend your points to shape your playstyle. Loot faster and move quieter with Survival skills. Outmaneuver your opponents and threats with Mobility. And enhance your Strength and Stamina with Conditioning. Choose how you grow and what your Raider brings to the battle.
Whether you’re preparing to take down specific ARC enemies or fend off rival Raiders, there's a choice of weaponry for every fight. Cater to your style with a range of firearms including SMGs, rifles and shotguns, as well as more advanced options such as railguns and energy weapons. Grenades, traps, ziplines and deployables offer the tactical depth needed to outsmart your enemies, while augments allow you to tailor your loadout to your preferred playstyle; unlocking dedicated inventory slots and additional gameplay perks.

Under no circumstance should you assume the "aggression biased match making" works. It does not. Regardless of how many players i help or how many times i work together with others in solo or duo, the moment i play trio lobbies I'm immediately put into a war zone. This subsequently tanks my solo and duo ratings so every lobby is a war zone. Really don't understand why thats the case when I've never shot at another player even in self defense. So the game itself is good, gun play is good but since they aren't faithful with how they advertise their game and market it i can't recommend the game. If you are planning on not engaging in PVP you should not play this game.
ITS LIKE THE CODERS NEVER PLAYED ASSASSINS CREED BEFORE? you get stuck running away from the arc bots ,you cant run up a small wall or it makes you jump or slide backwards ! they give you a hook that you cant always have? whf why would I put more money into something if you cant fix just that? "Raid shadow legends" learned the hard way STOCKS DROP I lost $45 US and I don't even have the CD to brake it! i'm 55 yrs old and I have move to burn but not if your not fixing it. geopr420@gmail.com $geopr420 to refund me my money
Only new to this game.. i didnt mind the pvp side of it until today... was trying to take on the matriarch and got killed by a duo in WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A SOLO SERVER.. my settings are for solo servers only why did i get put into duos? i never shoot at other players on sight so why do i keep getting put in aggresive pvp servers? These are all reasons why i tell people to avoid downloading this game. Devs need to bring in a pve type game even markers for people who are more into pvp, so we can be ready to interact with aggressive players (have a gun out ready to defend myself instead of being shot in the back).
What can I say, when this game first came out, It was euphoric. It was one of those games that come out of no where and really surprise you. Countless nights of pure fun, great moments, and hilarious interactions. So what went wrong? Well first, the developers..they could have captured lightening in a bottle. Instead? nothing. They all went on vacation after the drop and never came back. Each and every update seemed like they were thinking of new ways to kill the game instead of help it thrive, Exploits, hackers, lack of content, I could go on and on. Naturally, the majority of the community moved on. Who remained? the worst of the worst, bottom of the barrel, unemployed, greasy pimple faced, blubber ridden, no deodorant wearing fat kids. That's who we were left with still playing. This has turned from being the best communities in a game, to the worst in the matter of like 2 months. Tonight, i played the last game of Arc Raiders. It was fun for the 2 months of its prime. I will leave it to the wifeless now. GG Embark, see you never again.
a lot of hackers ... not worth it
I will try to keep it as simple as possible. After playing this game for 2k+ hours, today I decided to uninstall the game. Positives: - Beautiful game in terms of design, AI arc, story, weapons and the pve community is awesome. this game is truely a work of art and I truely love it. you can be whatever you want in this game. A hero who defibs ppl and saves them, you can be a rat who kills ppl behind thier back and you can be a loot goblin. Negatives: - All the positves metioned above are being ripped apart by the hacking and duping community that infest in this game. You will get an aimbotter or a wallhacker that instantly knows where you are and kills you. You will get those dous that sometimes get into solos who will just 2v1 you and you cant do anything about it. literally 3 mins before I wrote this review. 2 kids jumped in solos, shot me down and says "how does it feel to be ganged on?" Conclusion: To me personally, I have never played such a live and beautiful game. filled with good weapons, story, atmosphere and much more. However, what is the point playing a good game where ppl are hacking, aimbotting, dous in solos, and ppl who get into friendly lobbies just to kill peaceful pve players. I'm happy uninstalling the game and I will try it again on the big update on October, if its the same ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ i'm quitting the game.
MATCH MAKING JUST WANTS WANTS YOU TO SHOOT PLAYERS, BUT EXPEDITION ASKS FOR 100K OF DAMAGE FOR EXTRA PERKS. SOUNDS GREAT BUT THEY ARE GONNA THROW IN A FEW PVP PLAYERS IN YOUR FRIENDLY RAIDS SO YOU LOOSE YOUR ♥♥♥♥ EVEN IF YOU SURVIVE THE ARC. THANKS DEVS , MUST BE FOLLOWING THE HELLDIVER DEVS . 101 HOW TO PISS OFF THE PLAYERS AND DESTROY YOUR GAME.
She would have had a right to exist if it weren't for 4 main problems: 1) A community of degenerates who don't understand the genius of PVP-PVE in one package and the mind-games when encountering another player, where it's like you're playing Mafia and have to figure out who you're dealing with — peaceful, aggressive, an aggressive liar pretending to be peaceful, or something else. These soy cucks, who can only kill AI pieces in a game, couldn't handle PVP and started crying first into their pillows and then to the developers. 2) The devs — pieces of ♥♥♥♥ — who caved to point number 1 and actually split the servers into PVP and PVE, which made all the charm and genius of the game vanish into thin air. 3) Technical issues in the form of cheaters, which the piece-of-♥♥♥♥ anti-cheat doesn't even see up close, plus servers that are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ garbage — it feels like I logged into Battlefield 4 at its very launch (unlike this piece of ♥♥♥♥, BF4 was polished and became the best BF in the entire history of the series). 4) Lack of development — as I already said, the devs here are pieces of ♥♥♥♥, and instead of creating, innovating, and developing, like a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ obedient herd, they just pandered to the most ♥♥♥♥♥♥-up representatives of the game's community, did anything and everything except what was actually needed for growth. Just sit there jerking off to your endless skins while there's no content, no endgame, nothing — it's just empty.
This game sucks man I would have 300k loot and then two free kits would come we would get low from the first kill them and then the second free kit would kill us call us bad so this game ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sucks don't even try to play anymore I have 400 hours + and the game kept getting worse and worse as time moved on
