At the end of the day, since i had some fun and since it's bargain-priced, I decided to give it a thumbs up, but it's really a neutral recommendation. I suggest only buying this game on deep, deep sale of $2-3 bucks if the game type interests you. So this is a bug splatter game. Yes, it's a genre in VR and there's several games like this in VR. You know like whack a mole, but with bugs. Well, this one has more going for it than most of the other bug splatter games. First of all, there's several different weapons to choose from and you have more than just melee weapons. You have revolvers, SMGs, bug spray, and a flamethrower, etc.! There's even different reload mechanics for each of the shooting weapons. The bug spray has a little handle that you need to hold the bug spray with one-hand and use the other hand to push the pump handle. You put in bullets one by one on the revolver and then push down on the joystick to pull down the hammer to charge the weapon. That's all cool, but there's also some problems with the way it's implemented in the game. For example, the canister on the flamethrower doesn't always go all the way in causing you to shoot nothing but hot air versus flames. The revolver has space for six bullets, but often I couldn't get all six bullets to go in. Ammo just dropping to the floor was a common occurrence. While you do have full locomotion, there is no smooth or snap turning. Interactions don't always work. The physics is pretty bad on melee weapons. And of course, there are several clipping issues. You also have some pathing issues, one of which caused me to go over and around and outside the house map, causing me to have to quit and restart the game. The major problem with this game, however, is that it's just too repetitious. While you do have some different maps (I think there's 4 but don't quote me on that), the gameplay is always the same. The spiders only vary in size. They don't vary in actions. They just crawl around and you kill them with a few different tools. Rinse and repeat. [b]Rate 5/10. I think I am being generous with my score, but then again, the other bug splatter games in VR are pretty bad and this one is clearly better than most of them. [/b]

decent game pretty fun to jump in to and obliterate so pesky spiders base ball bat has to be my fav. :)
