Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The gameplay is not bad but it's pretty barebones, and I feel like there isn't enough battle sequences (the game is also too easy in general). In addition, I think the world building could be improved with more side quests, and also expand on (the seemingly important) side characters instead of forgetting them halfway through (the jrpg classic). The game's costume system also needs to be improved, I want them to stay on during combat, and obviously we need more costumes in general. Maybe more mini-games, like a dancing minigame or a racing one (in the style of the old arcades), the rewards can be more costumes of course, and it would be nice if there was a fun storyline attached to it (but don't bother with boring/unfitting ones like fishing). Another minor nitpick I have is that I wish there were more animated pixel art in cutscenes and the like, right now it's a lot of sliding assets (which is fine for the most part) or these (quite jarring) "blink" movements, where they disappear for a split second and then reappear with a different sprite. The game also has some bugs and doesn't feel all that polished, but they don't get in the way too much. Also, the later half of the game goes pretty heavy on scp references (that also get woven in the main story), so you're not into that then I wouldn't recommend the game. However, If you don't mind it or you're into it, and you like the cyberpunk pixel aesthetic, then I'd say go for it. All in all it's still a pretty fun game.
ANNO: Mutationem is a visually arresting mix of 2D and 3D cyberpunk that drew me in with its atmosphere and world. Pros: • The pixel art-meets-3D design is genuinely beautiful, Environments, character designs, and animations pop. • Exploring the cities with all its oddities was a delight. I would play an entire game focused on just that. • There's something about the animation and the overall feel of the game that is just done really well. • English VA is solid and well-acted. Cons: • The combat, while fluid, does outstay it's welcome, especially in the later half of the game where it becomes too dungeon-focused for my liking. Overall, this is a strong debut title by ThinkingStars. Looking forward to what they produce next!
