It really isn't good. I did manage to finish it while drunk but there is so much wrong with it. Just listen to the other negative reviews and only bother trying it if you want easier achievements or got it for free
Warning: Asset Flip! Angry Golf is a Digital Homicide style asset flip, or what Valve calls a "Fake Game". The "developer" paid for/pirated a few Unreal Marketplace assets, dumped them all in a blender, and submitted it to Valve as if they're real game developers.
Two notable criteria for what makes an asset flip instead of legitimate use of stock assets are whether those assets comprise the majority of the game, and whether the "developer" properly credited the people who created most of the assets in the game. This game fails both of those tests. The "developers" here didn't credit any of the artists and real, actual game developers who created the assets here, so this is plagiarism, as well as cash grab shovelware. In this case, the asset flipper took a bunch of generic assets off the Unreal Marketplace and arranged them haphazardly into yet another garbage quality asset flip, this time with a golf swing mechanic, but nothing else of interest to gamers. It's more unethical plagiarism and garbage Steam pollution from the known asset flip scammer, Tero Lunkka/Candy Games. Plus fake/paid reviews from the Russian review farm that Tero paid for to give his asset flip a misleading positive score. Which is a violation of US law, so I'll go ahead and report this to Valve, hopefully that will be goodbye to Tero. Fake reviews are what got Atomic Fabrik banned, so hopefully Tero is next. Anyway, as a game, this barely is one. Like all of Tero's asset flips it's badly assembled and plays like crap, looks awful, and just sucks overall. It has no value or merit as a real game. Ruskija game experience/Tero Lunkka have shown a repeat pattern of unethically dumping other people's work onto Steam as a cheap, nasty cash grab, through this account or through closely linked/alt accounts. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 4 players, and the worst part is these weren't genuine players, these were the Russian fake review accounts that the developer paid to make the fake reviews. Since the fake reviews are all done, now the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam and well over 100,000 games for gamers to choose from, the overwhelming lack of interest in this low quality game is to be expected. It's also important to note the "developer" here has connections to a number of shady Russian asset flippers and review manipulators who show an organised pattern to scam and defraud gamers with fake reviews and asset flipping the work of others for profit. While reviews are about the games, gamers should be informed when developers act unethically. Whether these connections are the same developer using multiple accounts, or just working closely with other unethical developers, gamers should be warned about the harm to gamers by this developer and their associates. Buying games from unethical developers puts your money at risk.
Warning: Review Manipulation! This game features a number of fake positive reviews from accounts known to be in the business of review manipulation/paid reviews. They're all written in either Russian or broken English, appear at almost exactly the same time, very shortly after the game launched on Steam, all have a direct Steam purchase of the game, and the accounts are used consistently to write fake reviews for asset flips and other cash grabs/scams. The "Positive" review score on this game should be disregarded due to this blatant, unethical review manipulation. This is done to deceive and scam gamers into paying for a bad product. Due to the 2024 FTC ruling (16 CFR Part 465), these fake reviews are a violation of US Federal Law.
This kind of asset flipping isn't harmless. It makes it harder for gamers to find genuinely made games from ethical developers. It makes it harder for genuine indie developers, who put hard work into trying to make real games, to find an audience for their products. It gives indie developers a bad name. So, should you buy this asset flip? Is this better than any of the 100,000+ genuinely made games on Steam? Of course not! Angry Golf is relatively cheap at $1 USD, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, and the questionable ethical nature of the developer and/or their associates (as outlined above), this is impossible to recommend. Remember that if you buy a game from an unethical developer, you're putting your money at
easy golf game just to spent few hours

veeeeeery goooooooood
I didn't like the game. I got stuck so many times during the game that I couldn't finish almost even one level. I surely understands now why does the game called: "Angry Golf"
Angry Golf is a physics-based puzzle game developed by Tero Lunkka in collaboration with Ruskija Game Experience and published by Tero Lunkka. It takes the basic concept of golf—aiming, adjusting power, and striking a ball toward a target—and reimagines it within obstacle-filled, hazard-heavy stages that lean more toward arcade puzzle design than realistic sports simulation. Rather than tranquil greens and gentle slopes, players are confronted with suspended platforms, traps, and unpredictable environmental dangers that transform each hole into a compact challenge of precision and patience. The core mechanic is straightforward: players adjust both angle and shot strength before launching the golf ball toward a goal marker. Once struck, the ball follows a physics-driven trajectory and must come to a complete stop before another shot can be taken. This requirement emphasizes careful planning rather than rapid-fire correction, as a poorly judged stroke can send the ball tumbling into hazards or off the platform entirely. Respawning at the last safe location keeps frustration manageable, but success often demands repeated attempts and incremental adjustment. As players progress through the game’s set of levels, the complexity steadily increases. Early stages function as introductions, presenting simple layouts that can often be cleared in one or two strokes. Later levels introduce more elaborate configurations, including narrow pathways, moving elements, and traps such as bombs, fire, lasers, and hostile obstacles. These additions create a sense of escalation, shifting the experience from casual target practice into a more demanding puzzle environment where timing and foresight are critical. The game incorporates a modest achievement system that encourages optimization. Completing levels with minimal strokes, discovering hidden elements, or achieving “hole-in-one” finishes provide small incentives for replay. While the structure remains linear and level-based, these optional goals offer some added depth for players seeking to master each challenge. However, the fundamental mechanic does not evolve dramatically, and progression depends largely on increasing environmental difficulty rather than expanding gameplay systems. Visually, Angry Golf adopts a simple presentation. The environments are functional, with clear hazard indicators and straightforward layouts that prioritize gameplay clarity over detailed aesthetics. Graphics are basic but serviceable, ensuring that players can easily distinguish interactive elements. The sound design follows a similar philosophy—minimalist and unobtrusive, supporting the action without drawing attention away from the mechanics. One of the game’s defining qualities is its accessibility. Controls are easy to understand, and the rules are immediately clear, making it approachable even for players unfamiliar with physics-based puzzle games. At the same time, the precision required in later levels can present a noticeable challenge. Success often relies on learning from failed attempts, adjusting shot angles incrementally, and developing a sense of how the ball responds to surfaces and obstacles. Ultimately, Angry Golf is a small-scale indie title that offers a focused and contained experience. Its strengths lie in its straightforward concept, incremental difficulty curve, and physics-driven puzzle design. Its limitations stem from limited mechanical variety and relatively simple presentation, which may lead to repetition over longer sessions. For players who enjoy trajectory-based challenges and low-commitment puzzle experiences, it provides a light but occasionally demanding diversion. Those seeking depth, realism, or expansive content may find it modest in scope, but within its minimalist framework, it delivers a functional and occasionally satisfying take on arcade-style golf puzzles. Rating: 6/10
This game is garbage. I cant even be nice. Half the time you shoot the ball falls through the world. Literally unplayable.
