Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.57/day in the week to Jul 30 → 6/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This game is so good, I played it some time ago and I still remember it fondly to this day. It was very refreshing with very interesting and innovative mechanics. It can also be very scary at the beginning, but as you overcome dangers in the game, you as a player grow more confident and less scared too. It is absolutely impressive how they managed to deliver such a feeling on players. Absolutely astounding.

Overall pretty good i guess. The survival / exploration is fun. Learning all the mechanics is difficult and some i would say i probably would have never learned if i didn't look them up. The game is old and the AI is buggy, predictable and not very competent. This game would be outstanding if it was modernized a bit.
Interesting concept; terrible game. The game tosses objectives at you without explaining how to actually complete them. There's a wall of data and info constantly flying at you, and none of it actually helps you to figure anything out. I need "neurons" to do stuff? Okay, how does that help me? What do I do? No idea. When you get attacked by creatures that appear out of nowhere, the game gives you a half-assed explanation about how to dodge, but you mostly get hit and bleed or break a bone and then limp around for an hour because the game also doesn't tell you how to heal yourself. I was told to "build a sleep spot" despite there being pre-made sleep spots around me, but again, with no explanation of what to do, I found it more interesting for a few minutes finding ways to fling my apes to their deaths. The game won't let you kill the baby ape, however, and eventually you revert to the original gameplay objective of being a baby ape, terrified of everything and needing to find a hiding spot? Idk, it's all just a very obtuse, stressful, and not fun experience. And on top of all of these problems, there's the constant monkey screeching sounds, which I can't stand hearing for longer than 30 seconds. Like I said; interesting concept, but as an actual game, it's garbage. This whole experience was like playing an extremely, EXTREMELY early alpha of a busted early access game that has years to go before being actually playable, not an actual, finished product that actually has decent reviews on Steam.
Primates of Pre-Persian Creed : Return to Monke Pros: -Neuron Activate -Grippy Boys -OO OO AA AA -Chimp T* out Cons: -Controls are Ape-shi*t at first. (That would be the point) -No banana only pain (also can't use banana as a controller) (((Awaiting 1666 Witch's Creed)))
