Ameline and the Ultimate Burger

So it's a Space Invaders of sorts with generally good cute graphics, bad controls and horrible UI. I found myself fighting the controls more than the enemies, which is always a bad sign. When I lose it's because my character wouldn't shoot anymore for whatever reason. Aiming takes some getting used to are really feels like the game wasn't made with PC in mind somehow. The menus are a bit of a mess controls-wise. Mouse works on 25% of them but not on the rest, generally it's WASD to navigate but the arrows don't work. Enter sometimes works, other times it's only the spacebar... Thought I'd like it, but I cannot recommend this game.

Too broken. Controls are really bad and unresponsive. Cute graphics though.

-The only available resolution cuts off on the right and left of my screen -I have two gamepads and for some reason Ameline splits the controls between the two of them ie; I have to reach over and use Y on player 2's game pad

NIce game overall: colorful characters & backgrounds and smooth animations in a cute world. Better played with a bunch of friends but not bad alone. The challenges are just as hard as needed so it will make you busy for a little while.

I think the only thing I like about this game is the look of the main character but besides that there really is nothing else here. So here is everything wrong with: Ameline and the Ultimate Burger ----------------------------------- Settings (or lack there of): It lacks any sort of rebinding, mouse control settings, graphics, etc etc etc. The only settings is does offer (gratefully I might add) is the ability to turn down the music and effects but im not sure if it is just a bug for me but the thing didn't work so If I wanted to listen to effects (I didn't but that besides the point) then I would be left listen to the same Royalty free sounding audio track in 30s loops. Gameplay/Controls: You pick between four different characters and can play with up to four different people. The game also recommends you to use a controller but does not detect if you are using your keyboard or controller so it auto sets it to there being two people. So I disconnected my controller then go into the game, a cutscene then played with pixely cut outs of each character saying some quib about the mission and instructing you with how to aim and fire on a controller even though I used a keyboard. Once I finally did get into the game I was greeted with a take on I assume space invaders as you are put between two sets of boxes as your play area and enemies rain down from the sky headed towards the center of the screen after the "Ultimate Burger". This all fine and well enough until you start to fire and I will give them atleast it does "Strongly recommended" using a controller but why is the controls this awful? moving around is fine but aiming with a mouse is just backwards thinking. You pull back to aim your line but after you fire it resets to the center of the character model but it never lets you constantly shoot, it constantly feels like it locks up your reticle for no reason. ----------- Conclusion: The only thing good about this game I can say is that I liked one of the four characters styles but the rest of the game is just awful, whether you were going to pay for this or got it for free don't waste your time or money unless this game gets rebuilt from the ground up.

Sinceramente, esperaba algo y me encotre que no tiene jugabilidad, este juego esta diseñado para multiplayer muchas ratas muy rapidas, 1 solo no da abasto, 20 segundos y game over! xd!

Great graphics, bad controls. You essentially have to beat the game with each character so that's 4 times you have to complete the game. Not a bad game, especially with friends, just not great. Shooting in the game works much like Angry Birds where you pull away from the enemies and then you aim that way. Great music, but repetitive.

ce jeu est ... bien . Le dessin son beau le jeu bien que pas simple à assimiler est jouable, ils ont fait un semblant d'histoire bien qu'elle ne donne pas vraiment d'en savoir plus et les équipements à acheter son inutile ou presque puisque ce n'aide pas à devenir plus fort . Seul l'habitude et l'expérience du jeu vous feront progresser . Mais ce qui manque cruellement pour moi est une interface "pourquoi pas style plateau de jeux" pour avoir l'impression d'avancer, car actuellement on a l'impression de faire bêtement les mêmes combat sans avancer . Malgré tout j'ai été attirais par son ambiance colorée et mon envie de m'améliorer ma permit et vais me permettre de continuer à jouer . Alors si vous n'avez pas peur de jouer pour rien et de recommencer souvent . ce jeu peut vous intéresser mais difficilement sans explication la note totale est pour moi 5/10
