I wouldnt say its terrible, but certainly needs a lot of work, better translation, and work on controls and lights. Mechanics are also problematic. But some maps are cool. ALSO models are probably ported from Garry's mod or something.

Das Spiel wurde vom Entwickler mit einer schönen großen Stadt gebaut wo man Notrufeaufträge steuern könnt. Es gibt ein Punkt freies fahren wo ihr Just for Fun fahren könnt. Beim Punkt Stunts und Spaß hat der Entwickler interessante Kurse erstellt die man meistern könnt. Dann gibt es noch der Punkt Parken da fährt ihr wie in der Fahrschule den Parkour ab das ihr nicht berühren darf dann müsst ihr wieder von vorne anfangen. Am Ende müsst ihr passend abstoppen im Bereich. Als gutem Schluss gibt es die Garage da könnt ihr durch die Münzen die ihr im Parkour, Notrufe und Parken sammeln dann bessere Krankenwagen upgraden. Man kann mit Tastatur steuern oder wie ich habe ein Xbox 360 Controller benutzt. Da müsst ihr beim Controller nur den linken Stick benutzen nach vorne gibt ihr Gas zurück vom Gas runter und Rückwärts fahren und Links und Rechts lenken. Negatives fand ich nur das bei Notrufe ein Unfall mit dem Wagen gemacht hatte und durch das Dach der Tankstelle flog sieht man auch im Video. Das was ich Schade fand das man kein Editor benutzen dürfen um keine eigene Parkour Strecken zu bauen. Der Preis von 7,39 Euro ist was zu hoch aber wenn es über 50 % Rabatt gibt könnte man überlegen das Game zu spielen. __________________________________ (English): If you love simulations and want to drive an ambulance, this game is for you.
