Yeah, just keep your expectations low. I did and I had fun. Don't expect a realistic game either. This is pure arcade fun. Just drive around a city responding to medical emergencies then save lives ... or not. It doesn't matter either way. I just wish there were more hi-jinx involved. It would be really cool if you could kill a patient. Be fun if you had to avoid accidents instead of cars just rolling off of you. Just a few more immersive VR interactions would have made this game memorable. Still, there's enough here that I can give a very tepid recommendation. Game is running on the Unity Engine. On my RTX 3080, I was getting a steady 90 fps. I did not run into any serious issues or bugs, but several small issues and bugs. As a real life EMT, driver and tech, this game is so silly and not even close to any life of it. Game does have goofy physics for the laughs though. Game should be free, not 8.

No merece la pena. El juego está en beta, y no parece que sea para probarlo. Es cierto que el precio es una porqueria, pero lo he probado y no es un juego que esté bien para VR, marea bastante si es tu primer juego.

game is ass

spawned into the side of an ambulance. proceeded to phase through to the driver seat. on the way to the first call hit about ten civilians. drivings harder than it looks. lucked out when i got there. a police man was nice enough to stop the ambulance for me with his body. he took it head on then Mcgriddled in place. trying to get the screaming patient on the gurney was a hot. you can grab any part of his body. but he becomes a stiff boy when you do. once i finally got him on he flopped off about five times. so i just shoved his body in. never could find the finger pulse check thing. so i just drove around hitting civilians for a while. 10/10 highly recommend.

This game needs to be updated alot and redone. Good concept but poorly executed there are alot of things that is wrong with this game that I'm not gonna to go into detail if someone else has already have mention what is wrong with it. I might come back to this or not right now I requested a refund on this game.
