After learning the circumstances of a classmate competing for the same scholarship, the protagonist voluntarily gives up her own and falls into financial hardship -- her being hired for the investigation on account of her "strong spiritual sensitivity" is an introduction that succinctly conveys her selfless character. As one would expect from a game created by a practicing nurse, clinical knowledge functions naturally as the core of gameplay rather than mere flavor. The highlight of this game lies in its "Incident Report" system. You collect lingering memories from ghosts lurking within the abandoned factory and fill in blanks covering items like name, age, occupation, symptoms, and cause of death in a deduction-driven segment. Rather than simple process of elimination, the system requires you to properly read and understand each case's clinical background to arrive at correct answers. Real care techniques such as foot baths and active listening make appearances, and the creator's clinical experience comes through as an effective spice. Complete a report accurately and the option for "peaceful passing through nursing care" becomes available; fail, and the path branches into a "subjugation" route via combat. This binary structure creates a distinctive tension through the contrast between the protagonist's earnest character and the act of exorcism. Only the final boss requires mandatory combat, and how you handle each spirit cumulatively influences the branching of the multiple endings. On the visual front, the protagonist's costume changes are striking. She transforms from a neat white-coat look at school into a bold battle-nurse outfit during spiritual investigations, reflecting clear attention to character design. The hand-drawn anime-style CG is charming, and its contrast with the dim atmosphere of the abandoned factory is one of the game's defining qualities. Heavier themes such as bodily mutilation, suicide, and murder are also present, delivering a layer of psychological horror tension. The voice acting and the mascot "Mu-pon" serve as nice accents. While the backtracking through the same areas does increase somewhat in the latter half, the overall playtime is compactly contained. The game features a replay structure through multiple endings and New Game+ (with level carryover). The thoughtful design of revealing hints for ending branch conditions after clearing is also a welcome touch. For those intrigued by the distinctive combination of nursing and the occult, or seeking an RPG with deduction elements, this can be called a title that delivers an experience exceeding its price. note. this game is originally an adult game but after getting feedbacks from japanese players from another site, all adult contents are removed in this version. the feedback given was that the adult contents doesn't quite fit the narrative of this game. i usually goes to some japanese sites to look for new games and when i find one i like, i would check on steam to see if it's there as well because it's easier to keep my games organized on one platform so when i saw this game is coming soon, i specifically waited for the steam version. while the devs is kind enough to make the game cheaper because of this. long story short, i still feel disappointed in the fact that i was not given the whole pie just because i was not in the right platform. enough rants. time for the review. background story you play as a student nurse alisa who because of reasons, gave up trying to get a scholarship so she needs money to pay her tuitions which is due in a week. because of that urgency, she got a interview through a shady recruitment agency. thinking it would be something like a hostess job or worse, she was stump to find out it's a exorcism agency and she has the qualification to join. her first job is set at a abandoned factory and there are 5 spirits to get rid of. gameplay the spirits will walk around in the factory. walk into them to start a fight. this will increase your level like any normal rpg but it won't get rid of the spirits. they will respawn if you change screen. throughout the factory, there are 4 rifts or portals. going through them will allow you to view a portion of a spirit's memory and from those memories, you have to find the spirit's identity, how they died and what's their regrets. after filling in the patient's form, you have 2 ways to get rid of the spirit. 1. eliminate the spirit. challenge the spirit and kill it. the spirit will be tougher than the version you encounter while exploring the factory.(it's a boss battle afterall.) 2. salvation. tend to the needs of the spirit as a nurse and ease the symptoms that caused their death while listening to their regrets and point them in the right direction so they can go to heaven. there are multiple endings, depending on the choices you make throughout the game. a typical run through last about 2 hrs. faster if you memorized the details of all the spirits. other than that, this is a good game. i quite enjoy playing it. updated to remove the complain about a bug as it has been fixed.

えろありそうな感じがすごいするのになくてびっくりした 気になって調べたら元は他サイトでR18版で売られていたものの健全版らしいです まぁそういうシーンが欲しい人は別サイトで買った方がいいかも自分はえろ苦手なので助かりました 内容としては死者の魂に医療と心で寄り添う感じ 作者さんは看護師さんらしく医療知識としてちょっとためになります 戦闘やストーリーが凝っているわけではないので （えろがないと）全体的に虚無よりだが安いので暇つぶしにはなる 推理フェイズ後に真っ黒空間に幽閉されるバグありますので落ち着いてセーブせずにシャットダウン
