Awesome game, addicting gameplay loop with levels, music, and design that are very faithful to classic arcade games!
i helped ojut with this game play it now
I think it's a really good game : ) Just wish Alien Xenocide will happen one day
fun ass game, super duper arcade action deluxe! I love all of the work and details put into this game, every character has their own unique animations and portraits (with REMASTERED versions created for the other boarders). ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ SPICE VIPE is in this game (i main breadchai with my life). The music is simple yet so stylized at the same time, really catering towards that arcade cabinet feel. There are tracks like the clown world that are goofy af and oh so silly, but also tracks like World 5 that genuinely slap. Overall, the ost is good and I would listen to it on it's own, very fun music. The gameplay is one of this game's BIGGEST strengths. It's so satisfying to get enemies all stuck together in a group so you can do a devastating combo that'll net you a bajillion points. You have a run, jump, a climb and an attack, with the inputs and movement controls themselves being very tight. You must use these moves in conjunction with each other in order to adapt to each level's layout and environment so that you can get a big score. This game is also pretty challenging tho, but it's a good type of challenge that makes me think about what I have to do differently in order to win rather than just leaving my victory up to chance. I also ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ adore the concept of this game. It kind of works like a reverse donkey kong where instead of trying to climb to the top to save the girl, you already have the girl and are trying to keep enemies from climbing to the top and reach her (also yes I know that the girl is a cardboard cutout designed as bait to lure out enemies so the main character, Blunt, can destroy them) The plot of this game is relatively simple and straight forward: Destroy an alien planet full of incels because it would be funny I think I love this plot because it fits well with the simplistic yet arcade-y vibe that this whole game seems to be going for. Also I love the cutscenes they're so funny and probably the most charming part of the game for me personally. My one issue with the game is that I wish there was more of an incentive to get the highest score possible other than bragging rights (and if there is, then I just don't see it). Maybe have a couple unlockable characters, palettes/filters and additional challenges. OR maybe have there be a shop in between worlds where I can buy small upgrades with my points such as more maximum ammo/health or a different method of attacking that if used correctly, could string together bigger combos? Of course that last part is just a stretch but I think something along those lines could possibly encourage players like myself to go for those extra points aside from solely focusing on defending the bait that enemies try to reach. Plus, despite me not finding much legitimate purpose in getting a high score, it's still super fun to see how high I can get that big number in the top middle, so I can see how good at the game I've gotten over time. My one other SUPER SMALL, SUPER SPECIFIC AND NOT AT ALL RELEVANT TO MY OVERALL THOUGHTS ON THE GAME complaint is that in world 4 (clown WORLD), there is a gimmick where you have to keep a jack in the box wound up to keep the clown inside from stealing your alien bait. In order to wind the box, you have to go up to the thing and hold up on your controller/keyboard. There is no prompt to do so, so I ended up wasting around 5 minutes wondering what to do about the clown, and legit trying everything I could except for holding up on the box. When I found out what to do, I felt a bit stupid, which is fine, but I feel like that whole ordeal could have been avoided if there was a prompt to press a button in order to wind up the jack in the box. If there was one already present, I either didn't pay too much attention or I am just stupid and this whole paragraph means nothing. However, if I am not stupid and there is actually no prompt to press a button to wind up the box, I would definitely suggest that the devs add that just for accessibility purposes and for people like me who are just a little to dumb to figure the simplest things out sometimes. Overall, banger game, relatively short but still worth it for the charm, action, challenge and gameplay. If you like platformers such as Donkey Kong and Mario Bros. for the NES (not Super Mario Bros, just Mario Bros.) then you will definitely enjoy this vidya game. I give this game a "Gas station weed? I guess a little puff wouldn't hurt- 'SHUT YO ♥♥♥♥♥ ASS UP'"/10

i like this game they have Peppino and Spicevipe as a playable character cool game; (i unlocked the noise wow this is AWESOME!!)
Good game, challenging at times like all games should be. 10/10 recommended
Charming art and a funny premise helps Alien Xenoblaster stick out as a modern arcade classic that will provide both challenge and entertainment for you and some friends. Although rather short - which makes sense considering its influence - it makes up for it with gameplay that's just as quick to pick up and have fun with. If you've got a few bucks to spare, I'd recommend this.
Very fun arcade game! I love the game play, graphics, and music! It's also filled with replay potential. Excited to see what they make next!
