Warning: AI Slop This game is partially or completely made with talentless, soulless AI generated content.
"Alchemy Unbound" is a godawful mostly-text ripoff of another game called InfiniteCraft, and that in turn is a ripoff of an old iPhone game called "Element" (also ripped off by Doodle God and other crapware like it), except this one has a difference... it's all AI Slop. Disgusting. What do you do in the game? Drag different things together and then watch a badly trained LLM turn it into something else for you. Yeah, it's AI Slop, and AI Slop has no place in gaming. As mentioned, this features really godawful, "wrong" looking AI slop instead of genuinely and sincerely created game assets. It's hard to say if this was because the developer didn't have the skill to do the job of creating real game assets or couldn't afford to hire someone who does, but it also doesn't matter. What matters is that this looks bad because of that decision. AI slop sticks out like a sore thumb... and it comes across as insulting. There's also the old adage that those who lack the budget and talent to make their own game assets usually lack the budget and talent to do the rest of the job of game development properly, too, and that's glaringly obvious here. This is only free in a rudimentary sense... the developer has their hand out for a $10 USD "donation" for this as you're expected to buy some extra DLC from Steam... digital panhandling. Like the homeless guys who splash dirty water on your windscreen at the traffic lights. Yeah, the developer here wants YOU to pay HIM for someone else's AI Slop. No thanks. Even though this is "free", it failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at just a dozen or so concurrent players, and now there's basically nobody playing it. Even though it's free. This is a dismal public reception, but it's easy to see why gamers rejected it. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Nope. This isn't worth downloading. While this didn't cost me any money up front, I still feel ripped off.

3/10 Ai has been used to do some amazing things, this isnt one of them
the sever is down, I don't what this thing gonna do anyway.
Alchemy Unbound
------------------------------------------------------- I was expecting 'AI + Imagination = Endless Possibilities' but it turned into 'AI + Imagination = Wordplay.'
A little behind the hype train that was InfiniteCraft, but still a fun way to make some goofy combinations and make for some unexpected giggles. Definitely worth the asking cost of "FREE"
Although not supported anymore, it still remains a fun game
