About
AI Learns To Drive is a sandbox simulation where you can create and train your own AI to drive a racing car across different tracks. The AI uses a simple feed-forward artificial neural network and is trained using evolutionary algorithms.
Customize your AI's neural network. Adjust settings like the number of layers and neurons to see how they affect learning. Experiment with different setups.

Design your own tracks with easy-to-use track editor. Choose from surfaces like asphalt, ice, and dirt to challenge your AI in various driving conditions.
Train your AI using evolutionary algorithms. Over multiple generations, select the best-performing agents to create new, improved ones. Adjust training settings like time time limit, learning rate, and the number of agents to optimize learning.
Test your AI's skills in campaign challenges. Earn stars by achieving goals like completing laps within a time limit, reaching high scores, or mastering tough tracks. Each challenge helps your AI improve.

extremly fun
If you add too many cars, it'll lag but CPU and GPU usage isn't high. Like at 50% But game logic is fun and entertaining to watch AI learning how to control a car
good gamew
Although it sometimes takes a while to train ai it can mostly be fixed by adjusting paramaters. One thing that kinda annoyed me is that my ai could previously get most of the way through, it started failing on the first turn luckily i had a save of it but i would like an autosave feature that is toggleable
Great game, could play for hours and hours. I just wish we had the option to simulate faster.
Intelligent game design. This will help you to learn the concepts behind AI and how it functions. You can build your own cars (within reason) and tracks (again within reason). You teach the AI by giving it rewards and punishments for its behavior. The goal is simply to be the fastest around each track. I really enjoy and appreciate this game!!!
This is basically an "idle" game for me, it's fun to watch the 'neural network' learning with some helpful tweaks.
I bought somebody's homework fir six bucks. I would have gladly payed seven. It's a fun game and a great kindergarten course for us regular people to learn the basics of neural nets.
great game. has so many improvement options.
