He's back and working on the game again :)
Ce jeu à du potentiel, il faut encourager les développeurs car il n'est pas encore parfait, il serait bien de pouvoir utiliser une manette
Game revived, game peak
Good game but i recommend waiting for the campaign
[strike] Woah, a review for this game in 2024? [/strike] [strike] The last update was in 2022, with radio silence from the dev since. It's a fun couple of hours, but certainly not worth 20 USD. Take your money to a different early access fly-em-up. If you do buy Aggressor, know that it's quite incomplete, and really only as fun as you can make it. Stay safe. [/strike] EDIT 1/17/26: The game got an update! The core gameplay is the same, but pretty much everything got overhauled. It's still an indie game, and still pretty incomplete, but it's a lot of fun. Maybe not worth 20 bucks, but you'll certainly get your money's worth if you're a fan of Ace Combat/PW
I wish I could be positive. I really, really wish I could be positive. But I spent my entire time before refund trying to figure out the game and how it works, and.. It's both just arcadey enough to remind me of my fun times in War Thunder, but also just a bit too jank to play as a semi-realistic game, as you would expect from the graphics. There's not too much to the game outside of a combat sim, and there's not much content after you've done all of the missions, which is okay, it's an early access game, right?... On top of that, it seems to be abandonware, as I had asked about an update in a discussion, and the Developer said something along the lines of "Sometime soon." It's been a few months, and I already returned the game, so I feel I must say it's abandonware. I thought it would be a great timekiller, something with a bit more bite than Ace Combat or Project Wingman; a nice departure from the overwhelmingly awful experience that is War Thunder in any tier, a mix of Arcade and Realistic that seemed my way. But.. It's not. It's an abandoned game that made me hope. And that breaks my heart, as someone who desperately wanted the game from the first trailer video I saw, to now. Maybe we'll get that mythic update one day, and maybe the developer will return to it and work hard to make the game better. But I really, really don't think that will happen. I want to play this game, I want to enjoy it, but it's breaking my heart. 3/10
